2. The arrival of teachers. Whether the roster of school staff and the list of teachers and staff are consistent with the teacher attendance sheet; Whether all teachers return to their posts on time; Have a normal resignation.
3. Normal working conditions. Third, the supervision method
1. The Municipal Education Bureau set up a leading group for the supervision of school opening in the spring of 20 15, and arranged 1-3 government functionaries to go to the junior middle schools of the centers and directly affiliated schools to be fully responsible for supervising the school opening of their own units.
2. The inspectors plan the time and route in advance, use one day to go deep into the primary and secondary schools affiliated to the central junior high school to supervise the start of school, focus on finding outstanding problems and work highlights, and provide timely guidance on the problems found in the supervision.
3. The inspection shall be conducted by combining listening, checking, watching, visiting and talking. Every time the inspector goes to a school, he does not attend classes and directly listens to the school work report of the principal; Then check the arrival of students and teachers at school, check the plan, system, teaching plan (tutoring plan) and class schedule; Look at the routine management of the school, the construction of efficient classrooms and the layout of the campus environment; Interview teachers, students or parents at random to learn about the school's start-up work and fees. When problems are found, they will be immediately fed back to the principal of the supervised school to urge the school to rectify in place.
4. After the school inspection, the inspectors will immediately fill in the inspection information on the School Opening Supervision Record Form of the Municipal Education Bureau, and then ask the principal of the inspected school to sign for confirmation. After all inspection work, inspectors should carefully summarize the inspection situation and write a written report from three aspects: work characteristics, existing problems and work suggestions. On March 2nd, submit inspection records, situation report materials and related statistics to the corresponding functional departments.
Fourth, the job requirements
