First, education administrative departments and schools at all levels should do a good job in the physical examination of senior high school entrance examination according to the general requirements of the State Council [2016] No.27 and Henan Education [2017] No.41. The physical education examination of the senior high school entrance examination is still organized and implemented by the education administrative departments of provinces (counties directly under the jurisdiction of the province), and the examination results are included in the total score of the senior high school entrance examination, with a perfect score of 70 points.
Second, the test items are mainly based on the test items specified in the National Student Physical Health Standard (revised 20 14). Among them, 1000m for boys and 800m for girls are required. Other test items should be in accordance with the requirements of "making each student master at least two physical exercise items that will benefit for life" put forward by the school physical education work, and the items with quantifiable endurance, strength, speed, athletic ability, etc., which are easy to operate and have obvious effects on strengthening students' physique. The specific scoring standards should be implemented with reference to the relevant scoring standards in the National Student Physical Health Standard (revised 20 14) of the Ministry of Education. If the selected items are not reflected in the National Standard for Students' Physical Fitness and Health (revised 20 14), the relevant scoring standards of the National Standard for Students' Physical Fitness and Health in 2007 can be extended.
Third, do a good job in the verification procedures for students who are exempt from disability and illness, and make publicity to prevent unhealthy practices and disciplinary actions.
Fourth, in order to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the physical education examination in the senior high school entrance examination, according to the document "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Henan Province on Forwarding the Opinions of the Provincial Department of Education and Other Departments on Further Strengthening the School Physical Education Work" (Yu Zhengban [2013] No.58), all physical education examination rooms in the senior high school entrance examination in our province must use intelligent testing instruments.
Five, we must strictly manage the physical examination work. First, the appraiser team must be trained before the exam and adhere to the system of holding certificates; Second, it is necessary to strengthen the management of sports test sites, especially rural test sites, standardize operating procedures, and resolutely put an end to the interference of human factors such as fraud and graft; The third is to strengthen safety education, conscientiously do a good job in the annual routine physical examination of students, and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents during the physical examination of senior high school entrance examination.
Six, the province's physical education examination should be in April 20 19 1 day to May 3 1 day. During this period, the provincial education department will go to various places to conduct inspections and spot checks, and strengthen guidance and supervision.
