Four qualities to be an excellent special education teacher
Special education post training 17 years, time flies. Since I went to work, I have been diligent and conscientious, and dedicated my love to students, schools and units. Although there is occasional friction at work, it is only an episode at work. I know that to be an excellent special education teacher, you need to have the following four qualities.

Self-cultivation and selfless love

As special education teachers, we should not only impart knowledge, but also love and nourish children with physical defects. We should take the excellent quality of great men as an example, care for every student, treat them as our own children, and do things conscientiously and practically.

professional ethics

We should have a down-to-earth professionalism, do what we do, love what we do, and do everything with our heart. At work, we should always maintain a serious and focused attitude and constantly improve our teaching level and professional skills. Let colleagues love to associate with us, leaders appreciate it, and truly do not perfunctory or run errands.

Love learning, enterprising.

Teachers of special education must have the spirit of loving learning and enterprising, constantly update their knowledge structure and explore new knowledge of their major. We should always adhere to the principle of never too old to learn, and strive to become research-oriented scholars to meet the needs of students and society.

criticism and self-criticism

No matter who is imperfect, we are bound to make mistakes or have shortcomings. The key is to be brave in accepting criticism from others and criticizing yourself. For reasonable suggestions and opinions, change them if you have them, and encourage them if you don't. We sincerely thank others for their help.
