The Ministry of Education recently issued four measures to strengthen the administrative supervision of Chinese-foreign cooperative education, and published a list of Chinese-foreign cooperative education institutions and projects at undergraduate and above levels that have approved the termination of education through the information platform for the supervision of Chinese-foreign cooperative education. The list covers 286 Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and projects.

Four measures to strengthen the administrative supervision of Chinese-foreign cooperative education?

Since the implementation of the Regulations on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools and its implementation measures, the Ministry of Education has issued a series of normative documents, which have played an important role in strengthening the management of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. In order to further standardize the order of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, improve the quality of running schools and promote the healthier development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, the Ministry of Education has taken four measures to strengthen the supervision of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools. That is, focus on promoting the construction of "two platforms" and "two mechanisms".

First, relying on the supervision information network of foreign education of the Ministry of Education, the supervision information platform of Chinese-foreign cooperative education of the Ministry of Education was established, and the dynamic supervision of Chinese-foreign cooperative education was implemented through the publicity of supervision information. And according to the needs, to provide more comprehensive and reliable guidance and service information for the society and scholars.

The second is to strengthen the certification of academic degree certificates issued and develop a certification platform for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.

The third is to carry out the quality evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative education and establish the quality evaluation mechanism of Sino-foreign cooperative education; Fourth, strengthen the responsibilities of school-running units and management departments at all levels, and establish a law enforcement and punishment mechanism for Chinese-foreign cooperative education.

Finally, it is pointed out that the core of supervision measures for Sino-foreign cooperative education is to strengthen work management and improve the quality of education. Based on providing more effective administrative supervision and services for the society and Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools, especially the scholars of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools.
