The history of Ma Bufang's rise: divide and rule the old and the young except uncles and empty brothers.
As we all know, the Ma Bufang family is called Green Horse, and the green one is Qinghai. Their long-term separatist regime in Qinghai originated from their grandfather Ma Haiyan.

Ma Haiyan was born in 1837. She lives in Monigou, Xixiang, Hezhou, Gansu. Haiyan gave birth to three children, March, Marin and Ma Feng. Ma Haiyan's ancestors farmed and made a living. He used to go back and forth between Lanzhou and Hezhou, engaged in the work of lifting feet. Due to frequent contact with Huizhou merchants, he knows more and more. After a little more money, I changed to commercial activities, selling goods as far away as Gansu and Shaanxi.

At that time, the roads in Shaanxi and Gansu were not peaceful, thieves were unpredictable, Haiyan practiced martial arts for self-defense, and merchants relied on it. In less than a few years, my family became richer and richer, so I switched to studying Confucian classics and became more and more famous. 1864, the anti-Qing movement of Hui people in Longshang intensified. Ma Haiyan took refuge in the gate of Hezhou Huamiao, and he took the lead in every battle, which attracted people's attention.

1February, 872, Ma Zhan 'ao led his troops to fight with Xiang Army at Nanxin Road Slope of Taizi Temple. Ma Haiyan made a surprise attack, leading a death squad of about 300 people, armed to the teeth, carrying kettles and clods. , sneak into the dark position of the Xiang army, Xinlupo mountain area, and immediately use the terrain to quickly build a covered fortress.

The weather is cold and the fortifications are strong. After the Xiang army found out, it rushed to attack. Fu Xianzong, the leader of Liangzhou Town, and Xu Wenxiu, the leader of Gaozhou Town, Guangdong Province, were killed. The morale of the Xiang army was passively shaken. Ma Zhanao commanded the troops to storm in time. Although the Xiang army fought with all its might, it was helpless. Retreat to the banks of the Red River, resulting in heavy losses. Ma Zhan 'ao's department seized countless ordnance trench, which further strengthened its momentum. Years later, March and Ma Bufang often used it to show off as an example to motivate their subordinates.

After the victory, Ma Haiyan intends to continue to destroy the enemy by losing the Xiang army. However, Ma Zhanao believes that "the soldiers are still on fire and will not set themselves on fire". Decided to change course and switch to Xiang army.

1September, 873, the Qing court awarded five kinds of flowers to Ma Zhanao and Ma Haiyan on the recommendation of Zuo. After that, Ma Zhanbie was able to soar in his career.

At the beginning of June, 1900, Eight-Nation Alliance invaded China, and Ma Haiyan attacked the embassy, destroying the enemy's gate and guarding Zhengyangmen. Cixi went out with Guangxu, and Ma Haiyan led the troops to protect her. Lu Jing Xuanhua died of illness at the age of 74.

His son, March, succeeded Ma Haiyan. When Cixi and her party crossed the Yellow River from fenglingdu via Jinnan, the wind and waves were rough, and Cixi was reluctant to part. Ma Su stood up at the helm and won the appreciation of Cixi. After arriving in Xi, March patrolled day and night and spared no effort. Cixi appointed Ma Qi as a participant in Xunhua Camp. Ma Qijia made a fortune at this time.

When the Revolution of 1911 broke out. On the verge of collapse, in order to save its dying fate, the Qing Dynasty transferred the Ili general Chang Geng to the governor of Shaanxi and Gansu in 19 10, which promoted him and the new governor of Shaanxi to correct the Gansu army and counterattack the Shaanxi revolutionary army. 19 1 1 In August, Chang Geng mobilized the two armies from Gansu to attack Shaanxi.

March took the opportunity to lure farmers from Hezhou, Xunhua, Bayong and other places to join the army, and organized the elite 14th Battalion "Ma bu" or horse stance just look, with about 7,000 people as the backbone. Relatives of officers and men were also mobilized to go out with the army, which was called "following the camp" and the number was about 2,000.

19 12 In February, the Qing emperor abdicated and announced the recognition of the imperial edict of the Republic. The dust settled. March turned the rudder because of the wind, rolled up the banner and returned to Hehuang to retreat.

19 12 years, Xining general Zhang dingbang was transferred, and Ma Su took advantage of it, so he asked Ma Anliang to sponsor him, and Ma immediately pleaded with the governor of Gansu. Zhao Weixi's confidant was heavily bribed, and the Gansu police came to Payne. Get an assistant in the governor's office. Sure enough, in less than ten days, the command of the company commanders in Xining Town arrived.

After March was appointed as the company commander of Xining town, he got his wish and was elated. Dafeng's relatives, seventh uncle Ma Haiyuan, younger brother Ma Lin, cousin Ma Wancheng, eldest son Ma Qing Bu, second son Ma Bufang, cousin malei, Ma Bao, Ma Liang, cousin Ma Buyuan, Ma Bukang, Ma Luan Bu, Ma Buxiang, Ma Buyun, Ma Buzhou, Ma Budou, Ma Buquan, brother-in-law Ma Chaoxuan, son-in-law Ma Qing and Ma Xun.

March organized "Ning Navy" in the winter of 19 12. Ninghai was the floorboard of Xining Road in Ganqing area at that time, and Ma Su named its army after it. By 1923, it has expanded to more than 3,000 cavalry, more than 2,500 guns, light machine guns 12, and 2 mountain guns. At that time, it was in an advantageous position among the eight towns in Longshang.

19 13 In August, in view of the living Buddha of Mongolian League, Banner and Temple in Qinghai, Ma Qi went to Beijing to support the Republican regime, and various political parties were also active in Xining. In order to seize the opportunity, he accompanied Lian Xing, the former director of Qinghai Office, as the new general commander of Xining Town, presided over the ritual ceremony of Qinghai Lake every autumn, and met the Mongolian princes in Qinghai at the seaside temple. Later, he sent representatives of Mongolian governors to Beijing and said to Yuan Shikai: "Qinghai is stable, and only the central government is your father."

Ma Su replaced Governor Zhang of Gansu with 100 gold. Zhang Lede accepted this unexpected gift, and soon found an excuse to set up a Mongolian ambassador in Qinghai, and granted Yuan Shikai permission to appoint Ma Qiqi as a part-time job.

Ma also drove Lian Xing away on the grounds that Lian Xing, the chief executive of Qinghai, harbored the remnants of the Qing Dynasty. The Beiyang government subsequently revoked the post of Qinghai chief, and the affairs were handled by Ma Qi's family in Xuanwei, Meng Fan, Qinghai. The company commander of Xining Town was changed to Ning Haiwei, Gansu, and it was clearly announced that "Qinghai belongs to Gansu, and the chief belongs to Wei". Ma Qi's influence expanded from Xining to Qinghai.

1922, the battle of Zhifeng broke out, Zhifeng system failed, retreated to the customs, and directly controlled the Beijing regime. 1923, Cao Hun forced President Lee to step down by instigating the cabinet to resign and asking the military police to pay wages. As Cao wantonly amassed wealth to buy members of Congress, Ma Su sent Ma Zuo to Beijing to give Cao Kun 50,000 yuan as a bribe for his election. After Cao stole the presidency, he named Ma Su "General Rui Wei" and concurrently served as the military envoy of Qinghai.

1925 65438+1October 8th, the ruling section appointed Feng Yuxiang as the northwest border governor. In view of Feng's influence and preparedness, March sent someone to contact him and transferred a brigade of March cavalry into the ninth brigade of Northwest Independence. 1September, 926 17, Feng Yuxiang was sworn in as the commander-in-chief of the Northwest Army. Ma served as commander of the 26th Army Division, deputy commander of the 76th, 77th and 78th brigades, brigade commander, horse and horse brigade commander, and Ma Bufang deputy brigade commander.

/kloc-at the end of 0/929, Feng Yuxiang transferred the main force of the Northwest Army eastward to participate in the Central Plains War. After the general guarding Qinghai left, March paid a heavy bribe, and the general reported to Feng Yuxiang that March temporarily took the post of chairman of Qinghai provincial government. At the same time, due to the emptiness of defense, Ma Bufang moved from Hualong to Xining.

Later, Feng Yuxiang reorganized the Ninth HunChengLv into the Second Division of the Second Army, with Ma Bufang as the teacher. At the end of the Central Plains War, Ma Su saw that the overall situation was set, and quickly raised the banner against Feng Fu Jiang, and Chiang Kai-shek expressed his support.

In order to break Feng Yuxiang's back road and prevent him from fleeing to the northwest to make a comeback, Chiang Kai-shek was also happy to follow suit. The National Government explicitly announced that it recognized March as the chairman of the Qinghai provincial government and ordered March into Lanzhou. Naturally, the Ma Bufang family had political contact with Chiang Kai-shek, which further consolidated and strengthened the feudal regime in Qinghai.

After Ma Lin was in Lanzhou, he saved his strength and gave orders in an attempt to control Gansu and let his second son, Ma Bufang, occupy Ganzhou, Hezhou and Liangzhou. 1931July was appointed as the new ninth division commander.

1931August 5 1 1, March died at the age of 62. Chiang Kai-shek paid 3,000 yuan for the funeral. At this time, it is natural for Ma Bufang to attack his father and his son. Ma's confidants and others regard Ma Bufang as a bully and think that he will have no place to stand after he takes power. Therefore, on the pretext that Ma Bufang is not a member of the current provincial government, he elected Ma Qi's younger brother Marin as his successor.

Ma Bufang refuses to accept, and immediately secretly begins to pour. At that time, Marin imitated Gansu and the National Army to issue "military coupons". On June 5438+065438+1 October of the same year, the Treasury of Qinghai Province was established, and the "Maintenance Voucher of the Treasury of Qinghai Province" was issued (denomination: 1 jiao,1yuan, 5 yuan, 10 yuan). The issue amount is 600,000 yuan for the first time, 0.5 million yuan for the second time and 2 million yuan for the third time. Rotary casting a 20-word copper coin as a token.

At first, the circulation of copper coins was only 200 thousand. Later, because the value of Lanzhou copper coins was lower than that of Xining copper coins, a large number of merchants came in and flooded the market. Marin instructed the financial department to identify them and broke the English letter "TS" as a sign to restrict circulation in the province.

At this time, the total number of large copper coins has reached 300 thousand. With these currencies, Marin enriched his pockets. In order to distribute chemical fertilizers, Ma Bufang manipulated the financial department, the county government and the tax bureau by means of bribery and intimidation, detained all the income on the pretext of misappropriating military funds, and sent people to guard the town, which made the provincial government helpless.

But Marin loves money like life, and he is even more reluctant to give up his privilege. 1932, public officials get a 30% discount first, and then a 40% discount on the pretext of insufficient funds. Finally, except for the financial department and the military department, the funds of other institutions and schools were publicly suspended. For a year and nine months, most public officials were unable to eat or wear.

In the name of maintaining public education funds, Malin issued temporary maintenance vouchers in Qinghai Province on June 1934 under the pretext of the depreciation of the "Qinghai Treasury Maintenance Voucher" (vouchers are divided into 1 Yuan, 5 yuan and 10 yuan). The issue amount was 800,000 yuan for the first time and then increased to 6.5438+0.5 million yuan. 1 April, 935, the maintenance voucher was issued for the second time, with the amount of1ten thousand yuan.

Ma Bufang was not willing to rely on Marin alone for profit, that is, he concentrated Xining lithograph printing technicians in Zhoujiaquan Garden, copied a large number of provincial banknotes and defrauded the seals of the provincial government and the financial department. After the stamp was covered, on the one hand, he bought a lot of materials from the Chamber of Commerce, and the salary was paid by the headquarters quartermaster, which poured into the market in large quantities, leading to inflation and soaring prices, and people refused to use the money-saving.

On June 7th, the same year 10, Ma Lin ordered the official money bureau of Shi Ping, Qinghai Province to cash and pay the education department two months' salary to stabilize the fluctuating mood of the teaching staff. At first, I saved 1 yuan to cash in 20 points, and later it was changed to 1 minute. Every day, citizens are crowded and scrambling to cash in. In just five days, I saved 6.5438+0.3 million yuan, equivalent to 6.5438+0.8 million yuan of silver. After another four or five days, they openly stopped cashing on the pretext of finding fake coupons, and the money saved became waste paper.

Ma Bufang used the anger of the masses to support the masses to smash the doors and windows of Shi Ping Guanqian Bureau in Daxin Street, Xining. Some women and children, old and weak, took their provincial banknotes to the Chenghuang Temple to cry and burn them. At this time, the business closed, and the money saved became waste paper, and a miserable and depressed scene appeared in the market. Qinghai's finance is facing a desperate situation, and there are many complaints, but Ma Lin turned a deaf ear and turned a deaf ear. Ma Bufang prefers to look from the other side and see what will happen.

1June, 935, Ma Lin disguised the gold and silver plundered over the years as blue salt and transported them from Xining to his hometown in autumn. Ma Bufang bribed Marin's family in advance, and immediately sent a company of troops disguised as robbers after learning the news, robbing them on the way, which caused great losses to Marin.

In order to make up for the loss, Marin strengthened the overseas sales of leather products and shipped them out of Qinghai. In order to avoid taxes, fur carriers often hold official letters stamped with marin and the seal of the provincial capital. Ma Bufang ordered his men to intercept the caravan on the spot and make the leather goods and official letters seized on the spot public. The angry masses took to the streets to protest when they learned that the provincial chairman had made a lot of money by smuggling and thought of the declining currency.

All this made Ma Lin helpless and unable to cope. 1June, 936, I called Nanjing Central Committee for six months' sick leave, and Ma Bufang took the opportunity to add "represented by himself". After the telegram was sent, Marin didn't know what to do, so he packed his bags, went to Tibet first, and then made a pilgrimage to Mecca.

1937 Spring, Marin returned from Mecca. In order to test Ma Bufang's attitude, he told the director of the Beijing Office of Qinghai Provincial Government that he would change to Ma Bufang and ask him to help pay 20,000 yuan for the trip. In order to prevent Marin from turning green, Ma Bufang held a meeting of cadres in the whole province, publicly criticized Marin, and had a discussion with civil servants of various organs to publicize Marin's evil deeds and embarrass Marin.

Marin dare not go back to Xining, because the relieving is in Ma Bufang's hands. But when he met Chiang Kai-shek in Fenghua, Chiang Kai-shek encouraged him to go back to the west face to face to create chaos in the Ma family. With the support of Chiang Kai-shek, Marin was emboldened and immediately returned to Xining as the chairman of Qinghai provincial government.

Ma Bufang, in the name of provincial government officials, telegraphed for funds, but Marin didn't reply. Ma Bufang also incited the teaching staff of schools at all levels in Xining to come to Marin's private house in droves to petition for salary, which was huge and shook the market. Marin's eldest son, Rong Bi, pulled out a pistol and shot at the faculty. Li Yucai, a teacher, was shot and wounded in the chest on the spot, which immediately aroused public outrage in the education sector.

As expected, Ma Bufang secretly encouraged the staff and paid the medical expenses for the injured, embarrassing Marin. When Bai Chongxi came to Qingdao on 1938, Ma Bufang took the opportunity to accuse Marin of committing a crime. Bai corrected Ma Bufang's strength and taunted Marin in public. Soon, Marin was finally forced to step down by Ma Bufang.

Ma Qing Bu is Ma Qi's eldest son and Ma Bufang's brother. Ma Bufang's apparent coping was actually one of the targets of his annihilation, so that Ma Qing Bu occupied Liangzhou for more than ten years, but he failed to get his hands on Qinghai.

Originally, Ma Su sent horses to engage in foreign activities and Ma Bufang to train. When the horse is away, he is immersed in the habits of corrupt officials and does nothing. When the Ningshui Division was founded, Ma served as the battalion commander.

1926 10 Feng Yuxiang was awarded the title of 76th Brigade of the 26th Division of Ma. To 1928, officially compiled as the independent brigade commander of the fifth army of the Northwest Army, directly incorporated into the national army system, belonging to the Song Department, and participated in the Shanxi-Shaanxi-Jiangfeng War. Later, he was appointed as the independent brigade commander of the 12 Huncheng Brigade and the independent brigade commander of the 25th Brigade. After the failure, he was surrounded by Jin Jun when he was stationed in Yuci, fled to Beijing, lived in Qianmen Sanyuandian for illness, and then returned to Xining.

193 1 year, the first cavalry division of Gansu, which was established in Lanzhou, was handed over to Ma, and the horse training department was transferred from Liangzhou to Xining, where Ma was stationed. 1932 was incorporated into the new second cavalry division by Chiang Kai-shek, and 1933 was reorganized into the fifth cavalry division.

In order to contain Ma Bufang, Chiang Kai-shek expanded the Fifth Cavalry Division into the Fifth Army of Army Cavalry on 1935. Ma was ordered to supervise the reclamation work in Qaidam, Qinghai, and ordered the Fifth Cavalry Corps to move to Xining as a reclamation unit. Chiang Kai-shek transferred his horse to Qinghai in order to create a confrontation between the two horses and further control Qinghai.

Since the issuance of defense orders, it has caused internal contradictions between Ma Qing Bu and Ma Bufang. Meng Lian, the chief of staff of Ma, thinks that Ma Bufang is narrow-minded and incompatible with each other, and advocates suspending his departure and delaying it for an excuse. Ma himself, under the pressure of Chiang Kai-shek, hesitated.

Ma Bufang countered Chiang Kai-shek's plot. After making up his mind to seize the opportunity to annex the fifth cavalry army, he immediately connected the horses to meet them, and built a large number of barracks in Lejiawan to reserve food and grass, thus relieving the concerns of the horses.

Ma was finally forced by the situation and decided to carry out Chiang Kai-shek's orders. In May of the same year 1 1, he was first appointed as the Liangzhou army supervisor and was ready to join the army. Meng Bailian insisted on her position and stayed in Liangzhou, not with her peers.

Ma Bufang found that Ma's confidant Brigadier Yuan colluded with Chen Cheng, released air from the side, exerted pressure, and made Yuan daunting, forcing him to leave the horse and go directly to Chen Cheng's door.

At the same time of eliminating horses, Ma Bufang sent people to Liangzhou for many times to urge horses to enter the Qing Dynasty and expressed his support. Subsequently, Ma came into Lejiawan, Xining, and joined forces with Ma Bufang's clique of the Eighty-second Army.

In order to continue the policy of differentiation, Chiang Kai-shek appointed Ma Bufang as the commander-in-chief of the 40th Army and Ma as the deputy commander-in-chief in 1934, and attached the 82nd Army and the 5th Cavalry Army to the army directly, so as to further intensify the contradiction between the two horses.

Ma Bufang took the chairman of Qinghai provincial government as the commander-in-chief of the 40th Army, that is, Ma Jiyuan was appointed as the commander of the 82nd Army. This move not only freed himself from the commander's footsteps, but also made Ma and Ma Jiyuan live together in the commander's position and lowered their status.

At this time, the horse has been surrounded by Ma Bufang. Ma Bufang pretended to say to Ma: "Brothers are the elders of everyone, please lead us, and we will ask you for instructions in future military and political affairs." Since then, I have asked questions politely every day, and I can only do it with Ma Qing Bu's consent.

Ma Qing Bu was so addicted to Ma Bufang's flattery that he was very happy for a while, and even gave his private seal to Ma Bufang. I didn't know that Ma Bufang had made up his mind to seize his military power, and then encouraged him to say, "We are commander-in-chief and deputy commander-in-chief, and the burden is heavy enough. It is much easier to leave the army to young people. It's not good to see you as an equal commander with Ma Jiyuan. "

The horse was puzzled, so he consulted with him. Ma Bufang guessed the horse's psychology and wanted to recommend the horse as the commander-in-chief of the Fifth Cavalry. If the horse is not selected, he will be replaced.

Ma is no match at all, thinking that Ma, as a commander, is tantamount to his own incarnation, only thinking that his son Ma has not landed yet. On the one hand, he agreed, on the other hand, he raised the issue of resettling his son. Ma Bufang betrayed his plan and immediately appointed Ma as the deputy commander of the 82nd Army, which was actually controlled by Ma Jiyuan. Ma Qing Bu is about to hand over the seal of the Fifth Cavalry to Ma Bufang. /kloc-at the beginning of 0/943, Ma Pai took over as commander in chief and quietly transferred the relieving of Ma.

As early as 1938, in order to thoroughly solve the potential strength of horses, Ma Bufang set up the "Training Corps for Officers of the Fifth and Eighty-second Armies" in Lejiawan, inviting Ma as the head and Ma Bufang as the deputy head. In the process of training two officers to rotate, the backbone of the 82 nd Army gradually replaced the middle and lower cadres of Ma in the Fifth Cavalry Army. After that, the Fifth Cavalry Army became Ma Bufang's own army, thinking that Zhangben would go west to Xinjiang in the future.

With the transfer of military power, Ma Bufang had no scruples, changed his flattering attitude in the past, not only alienated himself from Ma, but also ordered his subordinates not to be close.

Unwilling to be trapped in Xining, in the summer of 1944, Ma immediately proposed to lead the troops to reclaim land in dulan county, intending to make a comeback in Qaidam. With the false support of Ma Bufang, he tampered with it secretly, and only sent more than 200 old and weak officers and men to accompany him. Ma Qing Bu can't even build a house.

Ma Qing Bu began to realize that he was fooled by Ma Bufang and regretted it. On the way back to Xining, there was a sudden mudslide and the car was almost washed away. Ma Yue thought more and more angry. In the autumn of the same year, he returned to Hezhou, collected the evidence of Ma Bufang, compiled it into a Complaint, and went to Chongqing to meet Chiang Kai-shek.

And the horse are birds of a feather, and he has lost military power, and it is difficult to make a difference in the end. He also changed his attitude towards him and refused to receive him. What did Ma plead with, explaining why he hated Ma Bufang. In order to deepen the rift between the two horses, he handed Ma Qing Bu's "complaint" to Ma Bufang for self-investigation, which made Ma Bufang very depressed.

From then on, the thoughts and feelings of Ma Bufang and Ma Qing Bu were fundamentally broken. Ma lived in Chongqing for a long time, so he returned to Linxia. After several twists and turns, he was a member of Ren Meng Tibetan Committee from 65438 to 0946, and still lives in Linxia. 1948, Chiang Kai-shek convened a constitutional national assembly, and Ma was represented by the Hui people in Gansu. Until the eve of liberation, Ma lived a boring life at home. After the liberation of Hezhou, he fled to Qingdao, and Chennault Civil Aviation Brigade fled to Chongqing.

Ma Bufang deeply understood the importance of mastering military power, and tried his best to concentrate power on himself from internal and external mergers. In addition to driving away my uncle and brother Ma, I have successively taken high-handed measures against nephew's sons Ma Burong and Ma Buyuan, brother Ma, Ma Buying and Ma Congqing's son Ma, and strictly controlled them without giving real power.

With the collapse of Marin, Ma Burong and Ma Buyuan lived in Hezhou and Tibet. Ma also wandered between Lanzhou and Hezhou, afraid to come to the Qing army. Ma Buying once served as the commander of Xining city defense. He was beaten by his father and brother, and he violated the law and discipline. Most people call him "Three Hades". From 65438 to 0938, he operated Dexing Commercial Stack in Dongguan, Xining, and openly confronted Dexing Hai founded by Ma Bufang.

Later, in order to maintain the privilege of monopolizing the market, Ma Bufang defaulted on the huge electricity bill of Xining Hydropower Plant under the pretext of "Ma Ying Bu", which led to the military and police confiscating all the goods received by the commercial warehouse. On the same day, it was stored in the power plant, and the electricity bill was offset at a low price. Actually, Ma Bufang is himself.

Ma Ping is unwilling, complaining is annoying. When walking from Dongguan to the garden outside the north gate and passing by the north gate, Ma Bufang ordered the police to refuse to check its entry and exit, but did not stop it. Ma Bufang heard the news and sent the guard captain Chen Jiahe to insult by force. At the same time, he ordered Xining hydropower plant to cut off the line to the private residence "Ma" and stop power supply.

Naturally, flat "ma bu" or horse stance just look will retreat, dare not oppose Ma Bufang. After liberation, Ma Buying knew his consistent guilt, escaped by plane and transferred from Chongqing to Hong Kong.

In addition, Ma Bufang also asked his cousins Ma Yuanhai and Ma De. , also very strict prevention. Military power has never been fixed except for a period of time.

Ma Bufang's exclusion of Ma, Ying, Rong, Yuan, Ma and others, regardless of their respective behaviors, is enough to make people deeply realize the ugly face of despair inside the valve, just by forcing their uncles and brothers to seize political power, military power and financial power.

During the period of Ma Qi, although all factions stood on their own feet, most of them advertised each other and used each other. After Ma Bufang came to power, he did the opposite. Under the guidance of the idea of comprehensive utilization and divide and rule, he was divided into two groups, the elders and the younger generation, according to the personal historical seniority of the members attached to the Ma Bufang family. Intentionally, these two factions fought in secret before liberation, and intrigued with each other for nearly 20 years, making them smoke-filled and unable to extricate themselves.

The Yuan old school is headed by Ma Su's former headquarters, and Han Qigong and Ma belong to the Yuan old school. The actual manipulator of this school is Ma Shaowu. They used their power to control some provincial and county party and government organizations.

Ma Shaowu was originally brought up in Ma Bufang. When he was sent to Nanjing Central Political School to study, he was used by Chen Lifu of CC Department and became the chief officer of CC Department in Qinghai. He traveled between Xining and Nanking, so as far as Chiang Kai-shek and Chen Lifu were concerned, he took Ma Bufang as his capital. In Ma Bufang's place, he wooed Kei Ma to strengthen his power and arranged troops in the Qinghai Party Department of the Kuomintang, which aroused Ma Bufang's suspicion. So Ma Bufang incited the younger generation to turn the hatchet and oppose Ma Shaowu.

The younger generation is headed by Ye (who is actually the incarnation of Ma Jiyuan), and Gao and Ma Zhenwu belong to it. The manipulator is naturally Ma Jiyuan. Power is concentrated in financial and military institutions at the provincial and county levels. Later, on the basis of the Kunlun Middle School Alumni Association, Zuo Wei, a subordinate army officer, continued to develop.

Young people often appear in politics as radicals. For the orders issued by the central government, we must first measure whether the Ma Bufang family has any interests, and all unfavorable or less favorable events are ignored. The staff sent from other provinces to Qinghai are also determined to suppress it. In the contradiction with the Yuan school, they often conflict.

1944, in order to unify the party and government leadership in Ma Bufang, it was decided to tap the potential strength of the Youth League of the Three People's Principles in Qinghai. After several twists and turns, Ma Jiyuan finally replaced Wang Wenjun, director-general of the Qinghai Three People's Principles Youth League. 1March, 945, during the re-election of Tuan 2, the younger generation made activities. Ma Jiyuan was re-elected as Secretary-General, Gao and Ma Zhen were directors, standing supervisors and Ye was supervisor.

1946, Ma Bufang arranged in many ways to bribe Xie Shiying, the secretary of the executive Committee of the Kuomintang Qinghai Provincial Party Department, to serve as the director of the Social Affairs Department of Qinghai Province as bait to reorganize the Kuomintang Qinghai Provincial Party Department and set up a new second executive Committee, with Ma Bufang himself as the chairman and Gao Duo, Ma Xianrui and Ma Defu as members of the executive Committee. The executive Committee members and supervisory Committee members sent by the Kuomintang Central Committee have been wiped out.

Soon, the party group merged, and the younger generation also had an advantage in the new unified steering Committee of the party group. The younger generation has made further progress in party affairs, league affairs and military and political affairs.

First of all, due to the changes in the domestic situation, Han Baoshan, a radical youth in Qinghai who supported Chiang Kai-shek and opposed Ma, took advantage of the opening of the Nanjing Constitutional Convention 1946 to secretly draft a pamphlet "Accusing Ma Bufang, Chairman of the Qinghai Provincial Government" in Xining, which was distributed at the venue of the National Congress. The situation was once tense.

Ma Bufang was suddenly attacked and terrified. In order to test Chiang Kai-shek's attitude, he telegraphed his negative attitude, but Chiang Kai-shek telegraphed to comfort him. Afterwards, Ma Bufang wanted to trace the inside story and root out the root cause. However, due to the unexpected activities of the Senate Ma Shaowu, especially the Kuomintang, Ma Bufang was not satisfied. But the resentment can't subside for a long time.

At this time, Ma Bufang felt that the situation was complicated. In order to improve the political strength of the youth, in the autumn of the same year, he took an unconventional approach: under the pretext of sorting out the archives over the years, he instructed the old-fashioned Kei Ma to take charge of affairs. Although he retained the title of Secretary-General of the provincial government, the real power of the Secretary-General was given to Gao, a young man. Instead, he was given a high position in the name of Secretary-General.

Kei Ma was excluded, but also more jealous of young people. It is also because of the evolution and development of the situation that the two factions do their best and constantly set off infighting in the dark. Ma Bufang not only became the northwest military and political chief, but also reorganized the Qinghai provincial government. Civil affairs and education departments are still the old school, while finance and construction departments are the younger generation. Gao is the full-time secretary-general, and Ma Bufang is still the chairman of Qinghai provincial government, which once again forms a deadlock.
