Because this is an abstract journal sponsored by the National People's Congress, that is, only the contents of other journals are selected, and direct contributions are not accepted, so the author cannot publish this journal.

There are other journals that claim to be sponsored by the National People's Congress, such as Primary and Secondary Education, Pedagogy and Pedagogy Teacher Education Forum. These are all fake, there is no such periodical at all.
