It can effectively gather collective wisdom, significantly improve the effect of education and teaching, and constantly improve the teaching level of teachers. As a new teacher, I lack professional level and teaching experience, and I am not sure about the teaching materials. Preparing lessons collectively can help me figure out what to teach, learn from each other's strengths and make me mature as soon as possible.
Second, insist on previewing before class and don't fight unprepared battles.
Preparing lessons includes studying teaching materials, collecting materials, understanding students, considering teaching ideas and methods, and writing teaching plans. We should not only prepare lessons for new lessons, but also practice and review lessons. Only by carefully studying the teaching materials before class and making clear the teaching purpose, teaching requirements, key and difficult points, teaching process and methods can we have a good class.
Third, attend more lectures.
Through the conscious observation of the audience and the discussion with the teacher after class, we can see many common problems in the classroom and many places worth exploring and thinking about. You can also learn from the strengths of other teachers, especially those with rich teaching experience, and use them for me: feel the external beauty of the old teacher's manners, language, blackboard writing and intuitive teaching AIDS; Appreciate how the old teachers fully display the rational beauty of science through clever thinking, rigorous reasoning and serious argumentation; Experience respect, discovery, cooperation and sharing in the teaching process. If I can't solve the problem, I will consult the materials after class or ask others before answering their questions. I think this kind of treatment will not only lose face, but also narrow the distance between teachers and students, and more importantly, help teachers and students improve together.
Don't put on airs in front of students.
Smile more in class and make eye contact with students; Pay more attention to students' study life after class and understand their opinions and suggestions to teachers. At the same time, I also have some doubts and difficulties in teaching.
First, the textbook and the new curriculum standards corresponding doubts
Many inquiry activities are set up in the new textbook, aiming at stimulating students' interest and guiding them to start with real scenes or students' existing life experiences. Some seem to be close to life, but in fact they don't consider the reality of students and schools, and their operability is too low. However, the new textbook downplays the internal connection of knowledge, compresses it in the classroom with very limited time, and requires students to think by leaps and bounds, but it brings a sense of fault and frustration, which undoubtedly affects the implementation of the teaching objectives of the new curriculum standard.
Second, it is difficult to unify knowledge, ability, emotional attitude and classroom atmosphere.
The new curriculum teaching advocates happy learning. Therefore, teachers often introduce various activities in the classroom, which makes the monotonous cognitive process lively and turns learning weariness into learning pleasure. But not all activities can play an effective role. Because while mobilizing the classroom atmosphere, we tend to deviate from the theme more and more. For example, in a class, students are willing to participate in the simulation scene at the beginning, and the classroom atmosphere is active, but the theme of the activity is more and more biased, so that it has little impact on the level of knowledge generation. Then it is difficult to unify knowledge, ability, emotional attitude and classroom atmosphere at this time.
Third, encounter obstacles from students.
Limited by conditions, students have few ways to obtain information, and it is difficult to achieve practical results in inquiry activities and realize the life-oriented goal required by the new curriculum reform concept.
Because of students' misunderstanding of the open-book exam of politics in senior high school entrance examination, it is more difficult to connect with the new curriculum politics in senior high school. Not paying enough attention to the subject; Lack of ability to express, understand and integrate knowledge, lack of ability to read materials, opinions and questions, weak ability to analyze problems in theoretical terms, irregular writing and lax logical organization of answers.
Based on the new teaching concept, the classroom is given to students. After a period of implementation, it is found that the speaker is still just some activists, while other students spend most of their time watching others in the classroom? Performing? I'm not ready and I don't want to think about it. This may lead to polarization.
Fourth, the new curriculum has no clear provisions and clear display of knowledge points, but more flexibility and uncertainty, which provides more room for teaching and teachers to play. However, the most important indicator of teacher evaluation mechanism is students' test scores. The college entrance examination scheme is not clear, and I don't know how to integrate teaching and college entrance examination. I want to reform but I am afraid of deviating from the college entrance examination.

Instead, it creates a situation for students in the classroom, so that they can participate in teaching happily in the situation created by the teacher and deeply understand the knowledge points in the textbook.
At the beginning of class, I asked the students such a question:? As a member of our class, what contribution will you make to the environmental sanitation of our class and make our environmental sanitation appraisal stand out in the annual appraisal? A top student answered on the spot: we can make a class health convention, and everyone can abide by it together to improve the health evaluation results of our class. ? The sparks of students' thoughts collided violently in the answer and even in the debate, which had an unexpected effect on the teacher and really made the teacher feel gratified. After the students argued fiercely and answered, I guided them in time. If you are allowed to manage the health of the whole country instead of the class; If People's Republic of China (PRC) Environmental Protection Law is to be formulated instead of Class Health Management Measures; So, can you think of any principles in this? On the basis of the Measures for the Management of Class Hygiene just discussed, students have a deeper understanding of the basic principles of environmental protection in China mentioned in the book and know how to compare some provisions in the Measures for the Management of Class Hygiene just now. At this time, it can be said that students have almost understood the knowledge points in books. At this time, I gave ideological education to students in time. In fact, when the students first formulated the health management measures for our class, the scene was the same as that of the National People's Congress, the legislature of our country. Deputies to the National People's Congress also got together for a heated discussion, and finally voted to decide whether the final environmental protection law was passed. The difference is that they are NPC deputies and we are ordinary students. They are in charge of the environmental sanitation of the whole country, and we are in charge of the sanitation of one of our classrooms. By studying hard and learning skills, you can also become the NPC deputies of our country in the future and make suggestions for all aspects of our country's management.
