Matters needing attention

1. If the exam payment occurs within one year, IELTS candidates can choose to refund the money to the bank card used at the time of payment. In addition, the refund will not generate additional bank charges.

2. If the payment time has exceeded one year, you can't use the original payment card to collect money. Candidates need to choose bank remittance to receive a refund. You will receive a formal remittance after providing your bank account number.

3. Usually about 4 weeks after the withdrawal, the refund will be returned to the candidate's account or the mailing address at the time of wire transfer. If you can't receive a refund or have other questions, please call the IELTS national service hotline.
