Background: In 2000, HKJC set up the first self-financing and non-profit "Green Project" to provide diversified professional services, hoping to provide parents with a quality service choice in addition to government subsidies and private services. In order to help children with special needs in mainstream schools overcome their learning difficulties, the "Green Onion Project" has provided school support services since 200 1, and helped children integrate into mainstream education through a series of children's training groups, parent workshops and teacher training services. So far, it has provided services to more than 400 school groups.

Mission: We hope to promote children's all-round development through professional assessment, treatment and community education, and let parents, teachers and the public further understand the challenges, needs and assistance methods faced by children during their growth.

Clients: children with language, learning, physical fitness, psychology and all-round development obstacles from newborn babies to primary schools and junior high schools; Parents, teachers, social workers, child care workers, medical personnel and professionals engaged in children's services.

Service scope: including: professional evaluation and treatment; Training and group activities; Professional support services on campus; Parents and community education services.

Service features: one-stop professional training and follow-up support services; Senior professionals to ensure the effectiveness of training and quality service; Service points all over Hong Kong; Book/toy lending service is convenient for parents to carry out family training.

Team members: All professionals have rich training and treatment knowledge and clinical experience, including senior clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, preschool education instructors and social workers, and can provide appropriate and comprehensive training and support services according to children's needs.
