1. Step 1: Open the application platform official website, and then click the "Forgot Password" option under login, as shown in the figure below, and enter the following steps.

4. Step 4: After the above operations are completed, open the personal mailbox, you can see the mail from the application platform, and then click Enter, as shown below, to enter the following steps.

5. Step 5: After the above operations, you can see the reset password, as shown below, and enter the following steps.

6. Step 6: After completing the above operations, return to the application platform, enter the account number and reset password in the login interface, and then click the "Login" button, as shown below, to enter the following steps.

7. Step 7: After the page jumps, you log in successfully, as shown below. In this way, the problem is solved.
