The first step is to prepare the certification application materials.
1, graduation certificate of general and adult higher education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
① Academic certificates obtained after 199 1 year (including1991year): original and photocopy of my ID card, and original and photocopy of my diploma.

6. Other information

(2) According to the spirit of "Notice on Re-examining the Starting Point Qualification of Undergraduate College Entrance Examination" issued by relevant departments, it is necessary to simultaneously certify the certificates of "Adult College Entrance Examination, Online Education, Open Education" and Self-taught Examination (independent undergraduate course). If the diploma has been certified (blue certification report has been issued), a copy of the diploma certification report should be provided at the same time.
(3) If the graduation certificate is lost, it will be reissued to the original graduation school. The graduation certificate of the self-taught examination in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is lost. Please go to the office of the self-taught examination in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to issue an academic certificate, and provide the original registration form, the original ID card and a copy.

Apply for reconsideration:
If the holder has doubts about the certification result, he can apply for reconsideration within 3 months after receiving the result. Due to the overdue destruction of relevant application materials, reconsideration will not be accepted after more than 3 months, and materials need to be submitted again for certification.
To apply for reconsideration, you need to return the notice of academic certificate inquiry results, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate, the original and photocopy of ID card, and submit relevant materials for reconsideration. Details are as follows:
1. According to the contents described in the notice of academic certificate query results, the materials to be supplemented are different. Please consult the acceptance personnel for details.
2. If the certification result is "academic certificate that does not belong to the national education series" or "academic certificate inquiry result notice", it will not be reconsidered.
3. To apply for reconsideration of military academy graduation, you need to contact China People's Liberation Army University Freshmen's Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Information Management Center 010-66717517.
4. Anyone who fails to meet the requirements of the Notice of the State Education Commission, the General Staff Department and the General Political Department on the Unified Production and Management of Academic Certificates of China People's Liberation Army Colleges and Universities (J.J. [1995] No.2) will not be approved and will not be reconsidered.
5. Self-taught graduates applying for reconsideration need to provide the certificate of the self-taught office in the province where the graduate institution is located and the original "Graduate Registration Form" in their personal files.
6. There is no certification fee for applying for reconsideration within three months from the date of publication of the results. If the reconsideration result needs to be mailed, the mailing fee will be paid separately.
