QS World University Ranking 20 10 is recognized by the IREG- International Academic Ranking and Excellence Association established by the International University Ranking Expert Group (IREG), and it is one of the most influential rankings in the world. Together with Times Higher Education World University Ranking, American News World University Ranking and World University Soft Science Academic Ranking, it is recognized as four more authoritative world university rankings.

QS World University Ranking is based on academic reputation, employer reputation, teacher-student ratio, research citation rate and degree of internationalization. It is rated as one of the most striking university rankings in the world because of its open and transparent questionnaire survey form, but it is also criticized for too many subjective indicators and commercialization indicators. Many colleges and universities lack sub-item data, and the total score deviates greatly.
