The school has more than 20 full-time and part-time teachers, including more than 20 full-time teachers 10, more than 5 full-time piano teachers, and more than 500 students all the year round. We specially invited Professor Chen Qiong, vice president of Hebei Piano Society and a famous young pianist, as honorary president, to give regular teaching training and piano guidance to teachers and students in our school. The school has also been designated as a grading point by Hebei Musicians Association and Hebei Dancers Association, and regularly carries out grading activities for each student to test their academic performance.

Among them, Yao Na, a full-time piano teacher, graduated from Xi 'an Conservatory of Music majoring in piano. In 2009, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Tutor" in Hebei Province, with rich stage and teaching experience.
