The Supreme People's Court launched a three-month warning education campaign for judicial police, which was highly valued by the party group of our hospital. Proceeding from the reality of implementing the "four key tasks" and in accordance with the "high standards; Strict requirements for management, all-round service and efficient performance of duties ",conscientiously do a good job in warning education for judicial police, so that judicial police can faithfully perform their duties and ensure the smooth implementation of trial execution. Our hospital held a party group meeting, made overall arrangements for the activities, and actively carried out warning education activities for judicial police in accordance with the "eight steps".
(1) Hospital leaders attach great importance to deployment.
A leading group for warning education activities was set up with Li Yuzhou, vice president in charge of the judicial police brigade, and Dai Guoli, captain of the judicial police brigade, as deputy heads. Hold a mobilization meeting for all judicial police and department heads to participate in the warning education activities of political and legal police. At the meeting, I learned and conveyed the "Notice of the Higher Court on Developing the Warning Education Program for Judicial Police". Requirements: The present situation of warning education activities of judicial police and the actual situation in our hospital are carefully analyzed, and the significance, purpose, requirements and objectives of this activity are expounded, and the warning education activities are comprehensively arranged and deployed.
(two) to develop a study plan and study system, to ensure that the learning content, time and personnel are guaranteed, and the warning education activities are implemented. In the stage of mobilization education, the leading group formulated a study plan and study system, organized study in different periods, stopped taking vacations, used judges to participate in training, and concentrated on studying for three days without going to court, so that the study time was not occupied, the study quality was guaranteed, and there was no formality.
(3) The battalion chief is responsible for writing teaching plans for education and study, holding special lectures and writing experiences. The bailiff brigade is responsible for organizing the study, studying and implementing the speech made by Shen Deyong, executive vice president, at the national judicial police work conference, and studying the speech made by Geng Ruoyuan, deputy head of the judicial police work conference of the provincial court. Hold seminars on the concept of socialist rule of law, lectures on bailiff regulations, bailiff equipment and rules of use, and selected cases of warning education.

Taking the negative examples in Selected Cases of Warning Education as an example, the brigade draws lessons from its causes and consequences and analyzes them. Every comrade writes down his own experience to pave the way for finding problems.

The brigade held an analysis meeting on warning education activities. Through collective self-examination and internal mutual inspection, we carefully analyze whether there are similar problems in our own work links and what are the main reasons, and then find out the universal and forward-looking problems in the ideological work of the brigade and individuals. Focusing on the clear key inspection contents of warning education activities, we conducted "five inspections and five inspections" in contrast to "five prohibitions", "several guidelines for honest politics" and relevant rules and regulations of judicial police work. Find out the real problem objectively and accurately.

Set up a report box for warning and education activities of judicial police in a prominent position in the lobby of our hospital and publish the report telephone number. Let people who come to our hospital to handle relevant legal business supervise the work of the judicial police. Distribute opinions and suggestions on warning education of judicial police to hospital leaders, courts, offices and other units related to work, listen to their opinions and suggestions, formulate relevant measures in combination with the opinions and suggestions put forward, and improve work style.
(7) Prioritize and rectify one by one.
Seriously analyze the problems found in self-examination and mutual inspection and the opinions and suggestions solicited, study and introduce specific rectification measures, criticize and self-criticize the general problems that will be found in democratic life, carefully check and correct them, and solve them in a timely and effective manner. Problems that can be solved in the short term should be corrected in the short term, and individuals with serious problems should be collectively supervised and rectified within a time limit. For the problems that cannot be solved temporarily, it is necessary to determine the time, carry out rectification, formulate measures and systems, and establish a long-term mechanism.
(eight) to fill the vacancy and summarize.
In the inspection and summary stage, the brigade organized an inspection team in the hospital to check the development of warning education activities and make up for the missing problems. The brigade combed and summarized the implementation of the whole activity and formed written materials to prepare for the superior inspection.
Through the activities carried out in the past month, the judicial police brigade has obviously improved its ideology, work and responsibility, with high enthusiasm, good mental outlook and good task completion. Although the brigade has few personnel and heavy tasks, all the police officers of the brigade carry forward the spirit of loving their posts and dedication, have a stable and secure mind, give full play to the role of judicial police, and make due contributions to ensuring the execution of trials.
