Li Jie: How to improve yourself and realize teachers' professional development?
On how to improve herself and realize teachers' professional development, during the winter vacation, Li Jie learned the book "Creating an Education Suitable for Students" by Feng Enhong, a famous education expert. As a young teacher, I am particularly impressed by the theme of this book-realizing teachers' professional development. Mr. Feng Enhong pointed out the direction for the professional development of young teachers in China with his own personal experience. So how can we improve ourselves as quickly as Mr. Feng and achieve a breakthrough in career development? Now let's talk about my opinion. First of all, to develop oneself, we must have knowledge supplement, and knowledge supplement needs continuous learning, that is, teachers should learn for life. The Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform clearly points out that it is necessary to change the state of over-emphasizing receptive learning, rote learning and mechanical training, advocate students' active participation, willingness to explore and diligence in hands-on, cultivate students' ability to collect and process information, and form students' active and personalized learning. The change of students' learning style requires teachers to pay attention to the development of wisdom and rational thinking in teaching, so that students can benefit for life. Therefore, teachers' learning should not be limited to absorbing fixed content and existing conclusions, but should be a learning process of understanding, exploring, experiencing and communicating. This means that teachers should learn research-based learning and carry out reflective practice. Therefore, a teacher must be an effective learner. If teachers themselves don't understand the meaning and purpose of learning and lack the essentials and methods of learning, it is impossible to guide students' learning and professional development. As a teacher in the new era, we must establish the concept of lifelong learning, change "a bucket of water" into "constant water", pay close attention to learning every minute, and make learning become our domestic demand. "No time!" Some teachers might say that. Yes, a teacher, like everyone else, needs time to do housework and educate children. I remember that the great Soviet educator Suhomlinski gave an example in the book "Suggestions for Teachers": A history teacher with 30 years' teaching experience attended an open class, and the students of the district training class and the inspectors of the Education Bureau came to attend the class, so that the teacher forgot to take notes. After class, a teacher from a neighboring school asked the history teacher: How much time have you prepared for this class? More than an hour? The history teacher said, "I have been preparing for this class all my life." This answer opens a window for us to see some mysteries of educational skills. So, how to prepare for this? This is reading, reading without interruption every day, and forming a lifelong friendship with books. The gurgling stream keeps flowing every day and pours into the river of thoughts. Reading is not to cope with tomorrow's class, but from the inner desire for knowledge. The improvement of some excellent teachers' educational skills is precisely because they keep reading and constantly supplement their knowledge. Like educational experts, we should be conscientious learners, learn from books, learn educational and teaching theories, various professional knowledge and political and ideological theories, and enhance theoretical cultivation; We should also learn from other teachers' rich teaching experience and noble ethics, so as to learn from each other's strong points. Just like checkers, both sides use each other to make themselves perfect. In addition, we should widely read all kinds of useful books, learn all kinds of knowledge and skills, especially modern information technology, and constantly build and enrich our knowledge structure. Secondly, the accumulation of experience and the supplement of knowledge need reading and lifelong learning, while the accumulation of experience needs constant reflection. Professor Ye Lan once said: "A teacher who has written a lesson plan all his life may not become a famous teacher;" If a teacher can write three years of reflection, he may become a famous teacher. "The famous American scholar Posner has a teacher growth formula: experience+reflection = growth. It reflects the role of educational reflection in teachers' professional growth. However, many of our teachers are not fully aware of this and are unwilling to reflect on education. They always feel that writing reflections is a burden. The lesson plan emphasizes that teachers should write after-class reflections, but they don't really write with their heart. Whether writing a paper or making a summary, it is also perfunctory, and I am always unwilling to seriously reflect on my education and teaching practice. Reflection itself is a kind of innovation, and the process of reflection is actually a questioning of the nature of the problem, and reflection is the most common form of school-based research. Teaching reflection is a reflection on teaching behavior, teaching philosophy and teaching art. Teachers can accumulate teaching experience, learn lessons from it, constantly update teaching concepts, improve teaching behavior, improve personal teaching level and improve school teaching quality, and make their teaching better and more perfect through reflection. Enrich in reading and grow in reflection. Teachers should have a thoughtful mind, constantly explore the laws of education, constantly reflect on teaching behavior, constantly innovate teaching methods, and constantly improve and refresh the old self. This needs to be confused; The hard pursuit of iron shoes; Need to be confused and confused; We need to be suddenly enlightened after tossing and turning ... When we shoulder the tough pole of "thinking" and go on the road with "learning" and "practice", our eyes will become smarter and everything in front of us will show a different kind of wonderful! Maybe we will stumble at first, but once we take a step, we will gradually speed up and run at full speed on the road of career development! Third, learn to cooperate. (1) Cooperation among teachers. The concept of "three-level curriculum management" gives teachers the right to participate in curriculum development and management, especially at the teacher level, and promotes teachers to become the main body of curriculum development. However, it is difficult for any individual teacher to be competent for curriculum development, which requires teachers to carry out exchanges and dialogues and form a team culture of partnership. At the same time, the new curriculum advocates curriculum integration, which makes the cooperation between teachers inevitable. From the content, the cooperation between teachers can be the cooperation between teachers, the cooperation between students' education and management, and the cooperation between education, teaching and scientific research. From the perspective of teaching, we can cooperate in teaching design, teaching methods, teaching content, teaching organization and teaching evaluation. From the perspective of teacher cooperation groups, it can be the cooperation of teachers in the same discipline, the cooperation of adjacent disciplines, and the cooperation between different disciplines. From the perspective of time and space, it can be the cooperation between teachers during class hours, and it can also be the cooperation between teachers inside and outside class hours. The rapid development of modern information technology, especially network technology, makes it possible for teachers to cooperate across time and space, and makes it a reality that God never shuts one door but he opens another. (2) Cooperation between teachers and students. Teacher-student cooperation should first be reflected in the concept of teachers, especially the concept of teacher-student relationship. Teachers should establish an equal and democratic view of teachers and students and attach importance to the cultivation of students' independent personality. Secondly, it should be embodied in specific behaviors, such as paying attention to the generation of teaching content, the dialogue of teaching methods, the stimulation of students' enthusiasm and initiative, the care and cultivation of students' problem consciousness and thinking quality, and the personalization of teaching evaluation. For example, in the "Valuable Silence" class, teachers create situations to let students feel and imagine why students are silent in the text, and give full play to students' initiative and enthusiasm. (3) Cooperation between teachers and parents. First of all, the ideas and measures of the new curriculum need parents' understanding, recognition, cooperation and support; Secondly, the new curriculum requires fully exploiting educational resources, making full use of available educational resources, setting up school-based courses, making the courses lively, paying attention to students' personality differences and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, which will inevitably require teachers to strengthen cooperation with parents; Finally, the new curriculum attaches great importance to the all-round and balanced development of students, especially the development of students' personality. The development of students' personality cannot be entirely undertaken by schools or teachers, but depends on the comprehensive cooperation of families, schools and society. Therefore, strengthening the cooperation between teachers and parents is an inevitable requirement for students' personality development and an important condition for promoting children's healthy growth. Know yourself and know yourself, and you will win every battle. The joint efforts of parents and teachers are very important for children. Teachers' professional development is the demand of the times and children, which is related to the development and destiny of the country. Curriculum reform provides an opportunity for teachers' professional development, and it is a long way to go to realize each teacher's professional development.
