First, the school profile
Henan Ethnic Secondary Vocational School was established in 1983, which is a fully funded institution directly under the Ethnic Affairs Committee of Henan Province, located atNo. 10, North Ring Road, Zhengzhou. In July, 2002, with the approval of the provincial government and the provincial education department, the National Vocational College of Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry was jointly established by the Provincial Ethnic Secondary School and Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry. At present, the school is dominated by higher vocational education with traditional characteristics. Higher vocational colleges offer 12 majors, including Arabic application, international business (Arabic business direction), computerized accounting, marketing, investment and financial management, business English, secretarial, computer application technology (website development direction), electrical automation technology, mechatronics technology, visual communication art design, and design and production of tourist handicrafts. Secondary vocational schools mainly focus on commercial Arabic and halal food.

4. (4) Examination
The examination includes written examination and interview (trial lecture and professional skill operation), which is organized and implemented by our school under the guidance of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department and the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Commission.
1. written test. The full score of written test is 100, and the content of written test mainly tests the relevant comprehensive knowledge needed. The written test is conducted in a closed book mode, and the time, place and matters needing attention of the written test will be notified separately. The written test results will be published on the website of our college in time after the written test.
At the end of the written test, if the number of people participating in the written test for a position is less than 3, the recruitment for the position will be cancelled.
2. Interview. Interview results 100. According to the written test results, according to the ratio of the number of recruits in each position 1:3, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score, and the last one enters the interview side by side. The list of interviewers is posted on our website. The interview time, place and matters needing attention will be notified separately.
All job interviews are conducted by means of trial lectures and professional skills operation. The content of the trial is the relevant theoretical knowledge and professional knowledge in this professional field. Professional skill operation mainly examines the practical operation ability of the applicant's professional skills. The results of trial lecture and professional skill operation each account for 50% of the total interview score. The whole interview was recorded and videotaped. After the whole interview, the interview results were announced on the spot and published on the school website on the same day. The interview examination room is completely closed.
If the short-listed interviewers are ethnic minorities, the interview results are excellent (90 points or above, including 90 points), and priority can be given under the same conditions.
If the shortlisted interviewers voluntarily give up, they will be supplemented by written test results. On the day of the interview, if the short-listed interviewers give up, but due to time constraints, they can't be informed to fill in the form, and only 1 people are present for the interview, the job recruitment will be cancelled. If there are two people present, the interview will continue and the results will be valid. Those who are not present are considered as zero points.
3. The total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
This recruitment does not charge any fees, does not specify exam counseling books, and does not entrust any institution to hold exam counseling training classes.
(5) Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination: Physical examination is organized and implemented by our school. Physical examination personnel are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the total test score and the number of recruits in each position 1: 1. Those with the same test scores will be interviewed and given extra tests. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the civil service recruitment standards. Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the total score of the examination. The list of medical examiners is published on the website of our school.
2. Investigation: Those who pass the physical examination will be investigated by our school on their ideological and political performance, moral quality and personal ability, and their qualifications will be examined. Those who have a record of violation of discipline and discipline and other persons who do not meet the requirements for registration will be disqualified after verification. Those who fail to pass the inspection will be replenished according to the total score.
(6) Publicizing the persons to be employed.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are the persons to be hired. The list of persons to be employed shall be submitted to the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Commission after the recruitment. After being audited by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, it will be publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the website of the National Vocational College of Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry for 7 working days.
Employment and treatment of intransitive verb personnel
