At present, VA- extracorporeal membrane oxygenation has been widely used in the rescue of cardiogenic shock. As a life-saving means for critically ill patients, the indication selection of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation is particularly important. Therefore, we should clearly understand the treatment plan of each patient, including the possibility of rehabilitation and the complications of VA- extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. In order to make the effect of VA- extracorporeal membrane oxygenation better, we should fully grasp the basic principle of cardiopulmonary bypass. Therefore, VA- extracorporeal membrane oxygenation should be established after fully discussing the patient's medical history and prognosis, and managed by an experienced team.
VA- extracorporeal membrane oxygenation or ECLS refers to the replacement of cardiopulmonary function with artificial devices. The two have similar meanings. In order to maintain consistency, this paper uses Virginia extracorporeal membrane oxygenation. Extracorporeal oxygenation of ventricular tachycardia evolved from cardiopulmonary bypass during heart surgery. Based on it, the blood pump is miniaturized, the biocompatibility of the pipeline is improved, and the intubation is optimized, which is more conducive to use in ICU. However, considering the success rate, complications and cost, the indications of VA- extracorporeal membrane oxygenation should be carefully considered.
