Fengdong New Town and Energy Finance and Trade Zone are independent of each other and directly under the jurisdiction of Xixian New Area. Xixian New Area Energy Finance and Trade Zone is the seat of Xixian New Area Administrative Committee and the management service institution directly under Xixian New Area Administrative Committee. It is a special existence of Fengdong New Town, and it is also the only area in Fengdong New Town that is not limited to purchase.
