Moreover, it is difficult for the driver to ensure whether his mind is clear and whether he can correctly analyze his behavior during driving every day. If the school bus driver is a little distracted, what happens afterwards may be unimaginable.
Third, it is difficult for schools to obtain funds to operate school bus shuttle service. Generally speaking, the Education Bureau will not provide funds for the school bus shuttle service, and the only source is the parents of students. Because students already have private cars at home or can choose public transportation, they will think it is unnecessary to accept the school bus shuttle service, so they will not provide funds to the school.
