1. Registration time: February 26th and 27th of 20021for undergraduates and full-time postgraduates, and March 6th of 20021for part-time postgraduates and on-the-job personnel.

2. Class time: The class time for undergraduate and full-time graduate students in the new semester is 2021March1; Part-time professional degree graduate students and on-the-job personnel pursuing professional degree graduate students, 202 1 new semester begins.

3. Continuing education (online education) The make-up, registration and class time of all kinds of students shall be arranged by the College of Continuing Education.

1. Arrangements for students to leave school. Freshmen and sophomores leave school after military training, and juniors and seniors (including five-year graduates) leave school after exams. In case of changes in geographical location and physical health during holidays, relevant information must be updated in the system. If there is no change, there is no need to update it daily.

3. Management of students staying in school. During the epidemic prevention and control, students staying in school should strictly abide by the relevant regulations. Students staying in school should follow the principle of "not going out unless necessary" and try their best to study and live in school. Special circumstances need to go out, should be registered with the college (department). If you leave Guangzhou, you must go through the college (department) for approval. In and out of the campus, it is necessary to strictly monitor the body temperature and check the documents. In principle, international students will not leave Guangzhou. If they want to leave or return to Guangzhou, they must apply to the Institute of International Education for approval before traveling.

4. Student internship management. In principle, no internship activities will be arranged during the winter vacation. For students who really need to carry out internship activities due to special circumstances, the relevant colleges (departments) should formulate practical internship plans (internship in high-risk areas with epidemic situation is not allowed), complete the risk emergency plan, and report it to the academic affairs office or graduate school for the record after the approval of the teaching Committee of the college (department).

Relevant hospitals (departments) should provide epidemic prevention materials for interns, do a good job in epidemic prevention safety education, arrange special personnel to follow up the internship situation, and implement the system of "daily report and zero report" to ensure the health and safety of students.
