1. Registration time: February 26th and 27th of 20021for undergraduates and full-time postgraduates, and March 6th of 20021for part-time postgraduates and on-the-job personnel.

2. Class time: The class time for undergraduate and full-time graduate students in the new semester is 2021March1; Part-time professional degree graduate students and on-the-job personnel pursuing professional degree graduate students, 202 1 new semester begins.

3. Continuing education (online education) The make-up, registration and class time of all kinds of students shall be arranged by the College of Continuing Education.

Students return to school to implement "cloud registration" and "cloud registration". The Academic Affairs Office, the Graduate School and the Institute of International Education are responsible for making online teaching plans in advance.

Third, holiday-related requirements

Adhere to the principle of "peak-shifting" and students leave school in batches. Strengthen the epidemic prevention and control chain of "parents, families, students and schools". Those who do not return to school without notice after leaving school should apply in advance. The student affairs office (department) takes the lead, and the academic affairs office, graduate school, international exchange and cooperation office, international education college, continuing education college and other units cooperate.

Develop a "one person, one file" information ledger for students leaving school and returning to school, and keep abreast of the situation of students leaving school and returning to school; Make a work plan for students staying in school, centrally manage students staying in school, and properly arrange their holiday life.

1. Arrangements for students to leave school. Freshmen and sophomores leave school after military training, and juniors and seniors (including five-year graduates) leave school after exams. Graduate students will leave school according to the training situation and project requirements. If they need to stay in school after the holidays, they need to consult their tutors. Tutors of graduate students staying in school should also do experiments together or guide scientific research at school.

It is necessary to reduce travel risks and strengthen personal protection. Before leaving school, arrange for families to upgrade to students in high-risk areas, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan students who are inconvenient to go home due to epidemic prevention and control, and foreign students to stay in school.

2. Management of school-leaving students. On the day of leaving school, students should register the date of leaving school in the "My Pass" system, and schools (departments) should do a good job in school registration and approval in the system. After leaving school, students must fill in the geographical location and health status after leaving school for the first time in the "I'm OK" system. In case of changes in geographical location and physical health during holidays, relevant information must be updated in the system. If there is no change, there is no need to update it daily.

3. Management of students staying in school. During the epidemic prevention and control, students staying in school should strictly abide by the relevant regulations. Students staying in school should follow the principle of "not going out unless necessary" and try their best to study and live in school. Special circumstances need to go out, should be registered with the college (department). If you leave Guangzhou, you must go through the college (department) for approval. In and out of the campus, it is necessary to strictly monitor the body temperature and check the documents. In principle, international students will not leave Guangzhou. If they want to leave or return to Guangzhou, they must apply to the Institute of International Education for approval before traveling.

4. Student internship management. In principle, no internship activities will be arranged during the winter vacation. For students who really need to carry out internship activities due to special circumstances, the relevant colleges (departments) should formulate practical internship plans (internship in high-risk areas with epidemic situation is not allowed), complete the risk emergency plan, and report it to the academic affairs office or graduate school for the record after the approval of the teaching Committee of the college (department).

Relevant hospitals (departments) should provide epidemic prevention materials for interns, do a good job in epidemic prevention safety education, arrange special personnel to follow up the internship situation, and implement the system of "daily report and zero report" to ensure the health and safety of students.

5. Adhere to the "man-to-man" management system. All colleges (departments) should continue to adhere to the "man-to-man" system, implement "daily report" and "zero report", and grasp the sleep situation of students staying in school and the geographical location and health status of students leaving school every day; In order to work out the duty plan of the winter vacation student team, the college (department) with students' accommodation must have the main person in charge, the person in charge of student management, counselors and other personnel to stay on duty.
