1982 1 to 1 August, 9851to 20041,taught at Northwest Institute of Telecommunications (xidian university), and served as director, deputy director (vice president) and director of academic affairs office. From June 2004 to June 2008, he served as Director of Higher Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education.
