Chahar Right Wing Qianqi governs 4 towns and 3 townships: Tuguiwula Town, Pingdiquan Town, Rose Camp Town, Bayintala Town, Wulahawula Township, Huangmaoying Township and Sanchakou Township.
Tuguiwula town
The town is named after Tuguiwula Mountain in the north of the town. TuGhiula is a Mongolian language, which means "Qishan", corresponding to Huangqihai (also known as Qierhaizi, which means "Jingqihu" in Mongolian) at the foot of the mountain. 1954, when the administrative division of the original Chahar right-wing Huangzheng Banner was changed to Chahar right-wing Qianqi, the flag government moved here from Seventeen Sumu (namely Hedong Village, now Wulahala).
As the original Guancun Station in beijing-baotou railway was renamed Tuguiwula, people used to call Tuguiwula Town Guancun. Guancun is about 1 km east of the town. The place name of Guancun is the product of unequal treaties. In the 26th year of Guangxu (1900), the Boxer Rebellion killed foreigners in Shabu Catholic Church in Fengzhen. 190 1 year, according to the "Xin Chou Treaty" signed by the government, Zhenghuang Banner paid 3,333 hectares of land to the church. At that time, because the land belongs to the "official land" for compensation, it was named "official village", which has been used ever since.
