Submit volunteer information

Candidates are requested to log on to the portal of Shaanxi Education Examinations Institute or Shaanxi Admissions Examination Information Network, enter the College Entrance Examination Volunteer Reporting System, and report their volunteers according to the system guidelines. After completing the form, you must click the "Submit" button. Volunteer information can still be modified after submission.

Confirm volunteer information

Please click the "Confirm" button in time after submitting the volunteer information and checking it correctly. Volunteer information cannot be changed after it is "confirmed" successfully, and it will not be submitted after the deadline. The Provincial Education Examinations Institute does not accept any application to modify or give up volunteering for any reason.

As of June 27th, 12, if the volunteer information has been submitted but not confirmed, the system will automatically confirm the information submitted by the candidates for the last time. Those who fail to submit volunteer information shall be deemed to have given up this volunteer reporting.

Specific operation

1. Candidates use the registration number (14 digits) or the admission ticket number (10 digits) and password to log in to fill in the volunteer system online. The website is the portal website of Shaanxi Education Examinations Institute or Shaanxi Admissions Examination Information Network.

2. Carefully read the Instructions for Online Filling of College Entrance Examination in Shaanxi Province in 2023, select "I have read and are familiar with the above contents" and click "Next".

3. Click "Submit" after completing the voluntary reports of each batch listed.

4. Enter the volunteer confirmation page, check the volunteers filled in, and click "Confirm" without modification.

5. Fill in the ID number in the pop-up page and click "Confirm Volunteer".

6. Click "Logout" to exit the system and complete the voluntary reporting.
