Parents think you are always targeting her children. As a class teacher, how should you educate this student?
Home and school must communicate, taking communication as a bridge, otherwise the teacher's education will have little effect. Because parents' complaints, accusations and prejudices against teachers have been rooted in children's hearts.

This situation will definitely exist in education and teaching. But one thing is certain: teachers are human, and people understand feelings. As parents, correctly handling the relationship with teachers is also imperceptibly affecting children. Because children are slowly growing up and will integrate into society. And society is very complicated and cruel. Relatively speaking, home school is much simpler.

Parents think that teachers always aim at children, regardless of who is right or wrong for the time being. According to what I have seen and heard for many years, I will talk about my own views from a personal point of view.

First, look at the essence through the phenomenon and see where the problem lies.

1, from the perspective of students. This student may be naughty and often make mistakes and disobey, and the teacher's criticism and education will be ineffective. Students may also often report to their parents that the class teacher is not good to them and put all their problems on the class teacher. After a long time, parents will misunderstand the class teacher.

2. From the point of view of the class teacher. People who are not saints make mistakes, let alone students. It doesn't matter if students make mistakes. Teachers should criticize education, and it's good to know mistakes and correct them. However, the class teacher has no choice but to communicate with parents and often give feedback to parents about the students' performance at school. Parents get impatient when they listen too much.

3. From the perspective of parents. It is human nature that everyone cares about their children and hopes that their children are the best. Children always "report" to their parents when they come home, saying that the class teacher criticized and educated them very hard. For this phenomenon, many parents take the initiative to contact the class teacher to understand the situation, and some parents do not communicate with the class teacher and do not understand the situation. After a long time, they misunderstand the head teacher and think that the head teacher is always targeting his children. At the same time, some parents believe that education is the school's business when children are handed over to the school, and it is the teacher's responsibility to educate children well. If the head teacher often reflects the children's problems to such parents, it will not only get the support of parents, but will make parents feel that the head teacher is not good for the children.

Second, for this problem, the class teacher can do so in future education. Students commit crimes, don't call their parents easily, and don't even let parents go to school to "find fault". Students make mistakes, and how to educate them depends on the nature. If the circumstances are minor and the mistake is not intentional, the teacher will promptly guide and correct it without telling the parents. If the circumstances are serious and the influence is bad, it is necessary to report to the leaders in charge of the school in time, contact parents for joint education, and use a heavy hammer to curb and put an end to the possibility of students making such mistakes in one fell swoop. Otherwise, poor education results will always lead to such mistakes. It is inevitable to inform parents. After a long time, parents are impatient and have conflicts with teachers. Second, it depends on the effect of education. For students who often make mistakes and the education effect is not satisfactory, they should be diligent, keep an eye on them, talk more, record their mistakes, and then contact their parents to let them see for themselves. The purpose is to move parents, make them realize that children will have big problems if they don't strengthen education, and reduce or avoid conflicts with parents.
