If you take the bus, you can take bus 1 and bus No.4, and there is a stop (Yi 'an Garden) opposite the bus stop. Take two stops to Kefa Hotel Station, then go up a little and cross the road. If you don't know, you can ask someone else.

If you take a taxi, you don't need five minutes. Five dollars will do.
