I have been engaged in physical education teaching in rural middle schools for nearly three years. The society is developing and the environment is changing. People's thoughts can't be static, and PE teachers are no exception. Through this study, I deeply realize that without active study, conscious implementation and effective practice of new curriculum standards, it is difficult for physical education teachers to practice the concept of new physical education curriculum from the height of professional development. Adhere to the guiding ideology of "health first" and "cultivate students' health awareness and physique; Reform the course content and teaching methods, strive to reflect the times of the course, emphasize the development of students as the center, help students learn to learn, pay attention to the formation of students' sports hobbies and specialties, and lay the foundation for students' lifelong sports. The four curriculum ideas of the new curriculum reform of physical education actually point out the rational height and operational requirements to be achieved in the implementation of the new curriculum of physical education. Although it is a curriculum concept, it will focus on the implementation and operation of the new curriculum. The implementation of physical education curriculum is completed by the most active and positive factors-the majority of front-line physical education teachers. At present, there are few physical education teachers in many primary and secondary schools in China, with heavy workload and unreasonable special collocation. Some schools don't even have special teachers for the most popular sports. Although physical education schools at all levels have carried out comprehensive training and training for physical education teachers, there are not many comprehensive teachers, and some teachers and even some students' favorite sports can't. Now students have high demands on their teachers. If the teacher can't even complete a technical action or ask a related question, then the teacher's words are not convincing and attractive to the students, and the effect of the class can be imagined. The choice of school teaching items is mainly influenced by school hardware, teacher composition and students' hobbies. We should overcome other unfavorable factors and give full play to the enthusiasm of teachers through our own efforts. Badminton, for example, is now popular with students. If weather conditions permit (the wind is not very strong), as long as badminton equipment is guaranteed, students' enthusiasm for participation is very high (especially girls). Like these projects, the site requirements are not high, and the equipment is relatively easy to equip, which is suitable for the majority of schools. This requires our teachers to have a certain foundation in badminton. However, there are very few badminton courses in sports schools at all levels in our province, and the majority of physical education teachers are not proficient in this sport technology, let alone proficient. Therefore, we should strengthen the study of sports skills and constantly enrich our professional content to meet the needs of middle school students in the new curriculum reform.
