III. Contents of activities

(a) to carry out mental health knowledge publicity activities. Schools can use blackboard newspapers, billboards, handwritten newspapers, psychological cartoons and other forms to publicize mental health knowledge. Through mental health micro-class, campus radio, theme class meeting, campus psychological drama exhibition, watching psychological movies and other activities, students are guided to learn to face difficulties and setbacks actively and face their study and life with a sunny attitude.

(2) Hold pre-test psychological counseling activities. Implementation of the "sunshine test" activity plan, select and form a group of test psychological counseling lecturers and mental health volunteers, and give special lectures on psychological counseling and counseling activities to junior high school graduates in our city, especially rural junior high school graduates, to help candidates adjust their mentality and actively participate in the test.

(three) to carry out psychological crisis prevention and intervention. The school popularizes the knowledge of psychological crisis prevention and response to all teachers and students through special lectures on psychological crisis prevention and intervention, column propaganda, campus broadcasting and theme class meetings, and guides teachers and students to cherish and love life. At the same time, high-risk students with psychological problems are screened, mental health files are established, and psychological counseling and referral are carried out.

(4) Carry out home-school co-education activities. By holding parent-teacher conferences or lectures on parents' mental health, we can help parents understand the common sense of mental health and the psychological development characteristics of students of different ages, master the methods of identifying common psychological problems of students, establish parent-child interaction with scientific methods, and promote the healthy growth of students' body and mind.

(five) to carry out special training activities for teachers and students' mental health. The school holds special lectures on teachers' mental health and group psychological quality development activities to relieve teachers' pressure, enhance their professional happiness and maintain their mental health. Organize special training on mental health of class psychological committee members to help students master peer counseling knowledge and improve their mutual assistance ability.
