The secret of "foresight" is the deep integration of Zen and mind.
According to the Tanjing, the Sixth Ancestor once said to the enlightened disciple Nanyue, let the Zen master know, and quoted the prophecy of Prajna Dorota, the twenty-seventh ancestor of the western heaven: "You came out of a pony and killed the world." This pony is the later Mazudao Zen master. The sixth ancestor also said in Fu's instructions: "I have been gone for seventy years, and there are two bodhisattvas coming from the east, one at home and the other at home. At the same time, Xinghua established my Sect; Galand (establishment of Buddhist temple), Changlongfa Temple. "Judging from the influence of time, internal and external cooperation and the spread of Buddhism, these two great scholars should be Bo Huang, a disciple of Mazu, and Guo Xiangpei, a disciple of studying dharma at home.

Since the Sixth Ancestor, there have been two schools of Zen: Nanyue School and Qingyuan School. There are five schools of Zen, the Nanyue School has the Kailinwa School (Huanglong School and Yang Qi School, collectively called "Five Schools and Seven Schools") and Huiyang School, and the Qingyuan School has the Cao Dongzong School, Yunmen School and Fayan School. In these five cases, the most influential one is Lin Jizong and, especially Lin Jizong, whose name is "facing the world, half Cao". Therefore, the lineages of Huaiyang in Nanyue, Yi Dao in Mazu, Huaihai in Baizhang, Yi Xuan in Lin Ji have been handed down, which can be said to be the true lineages of Zen in terms of influence and presentation. Of course, this is only a secular standard, and there is no such thing in essence. Seven cases of five factions are authentic laws.

Huang Berberi, a Buddhist monk, is a great master in South Vietnam. He inherited the direct biography of Mazu and Baizhang and has special experience in poverty alleviation. The quotations from the Method of Telepathy compiled by disciple Pei Xiu are also accurate and far-reaching in the history of Zen.

It's a waste of time to say these words. I just want everyone to pay full attention to these words in the following quotations from Zen master Huang Boli. Because it represents authenticity and orthodoxy:

All buddhas and sentient beings are one, and there is no other way. ..... Only this heart is Buddha. ..... but if you realize a heart, there are no fewer ways to get it. This is the real Buddha.

Buddha is the same as all sentient beings ... there is only one heart, and there is no dust to get, that is, the heart is Buddha.

Everyone has what the great bodhisattvas show. If you don't leave one heart, you will realize it.

From Dharma Master to China, I only said that I am United ... If all laws are integrated, I will be a Buddha.

The same smart one, divided into six and one. A smart person, single-minded; Six and one, six also.

Tathagata's earthly life ... failed to show his mind, so I asked Ye Jia to sit with Dharma and pay no attention to the statement. This law will not take effect. If you can realize, you will reach the Buddha's land.

From Buddha to ancestor, regardless of other things, only one heart, is also a ride on the cloud.

If you teach with Samana, it means that you have the nature of Buddhism and sentient beings ... If you teach with Samadha and pass it on to your ancestors, you don't say so, but it only means wholeheartedly. ...

When the Ten Buddhas were born, they only talked about it, so the Buddha gave Mahayana.

Buddhism comes from the western heaven, and it is only a thought, pointing out that all beings are Buddhas and do not practice.

There is no other way to learn from our ancestors. Pointing to the heart as Buddha, I went beyond the wonderful table of two thoughts, decided not to flow to two thoughts, and began to seem to enter my clan.

It's just that no one dares to come in here.

These are just excerpts. As you can see, Master Berberis Huang has worked hard, and he repeatedly said and emphasized "one heart". And tell the scholars in a very positive and serious tone that it is this "one heart", that is, the so-called Buddha, epiphany and supreme secret, that is, the so-called sincerity, self-nature and noumenon. In the preface of "Perseus", it is also clear that Master Huang Berberi said: "It is best to wear the seal of words alone, but there is no other way." So the root of Zen is here; Even all Buddhism, when it comes to what is going on, is only here.

So what is "one heart"? Of particular note is this sentence: "There is no other way but to learn from our ancestors. Pointing to the heart as Buddha, beyond the table of wonderful thoughts, decided not to flow to thoughts. It seems to have entered my clan. " Here, Zen master Huang Berberi inadvertently set an opposite reference for a heart: "Er Xin." Then it can be said that the so-called "one heart" is the "first thought". So what comes to mind first? As long as you understand the second thought, you will naturally understand it.

As for the second idea, the later Zen master actually had many clear statements. For example, Boshan, a Buddhist monk, said, "A little difference is the second thought. A little bit drawn by the world, this is the second idea. You can't put it in nothingness (you are innocent people and passers-by, which means you are in a state of annihilation). If you put it in nothing, this is the second thought. " Zen master Wu Yuan of Miyun said, "Miscellaneous poisons enter the heart and fall into the second heart. Isn't it difficult to transcend life and death and get rid of suffering? As the ancients said,' One short step makes a lasting regret.' "This is from the front, clearly tell us that respectively is the second thought, intention is the second thought; Even all thinking consciousness belongs to the second kind of thought. Therefore, Master Huang Berberis said that "when you are in the body, your heart is good" and "when you are in the heart, your body is good, which is the phase". These words, many people know, even know, but never really understand. Therefore, according to the "two hearts" here, many people should suddenly realize and go deeper.

Hui Yuan, the Zen master of the Blind Hall, said, "One thought makes no difference. Great wisdom is like being thrown into the sea and ballooning in the wind (tuó, pocket). What's the difference? Turn a blind eye, turn a deaf ear. Looking for his rise and fall, you can't get it. Cover the color and cover the sound, everywhere, and there is no second sight, no second person, no second thought. " Zen master Gao Zong of Dahui added: "If we can get the Tao from the Confucian classics and the karma of Gude's entry into the Tao, we can't stand the thought, but we will be satisfied and uncomfortable in our own realm and other realms." This is from the opposite side, that is, in addition to the second thought, it vaguely points to the "first thought"-it does not flow to the second thought, it does not fall into the second thought, it can not stand the second thought, so naturally it is the stop, rest and absence of the second thought. After that, there is nothing left, the only thing left is to return to the original simple and ordinary, but obviously ignorant "current natural state." The state of mind in this state is called "the first thought" because it is a natural and original source. It is called "one heart" because both the heart itself and the heart and the environment are seamless. "One" is both "first" and "unity". Similarly, from the first point of view, there should be many people who are shocked and impressed.

In short, the first thing that comes to mind is the so-called nature, providence and secrets; The second thought is acquired, human will and man-machine relationship. The dichotomy between heaven and man is bounded by the second thought; The unity of heaven and man is based on the first thought. The so-called first thought is actually just an empty thought, so it is also called "no thought" The Sixth Ancestor said: "To teach without thinking" and "If you realize that you don't read dharma, all dharma will be exhausted; Those who realize that there is no Buddhism can see the realm of all Buddhas; Those who realize that they don't read Buddhism will reach the status of Buddha. " The so-called "one heart" is actually just hollow, so it is also called "unintentional". Zen master Bo Huang said: "If you go straight down unintentionally, the ontology is self-evident", "But if you can be unintentional, that's why". Without thought, there is no second thought; Unintentional, no second thoughts; This is one thing. So the ontology is really "straight down", just "straight down" is enough. Even if it is pointed out, it is still incomprehensible. The problem is not here. You must know that you must enter from here.

Let's look at some descriptions given by Zen master Huang Berberi first, and then go back to the present situation and see for ourselves whether it is true or not. Pay attention to the reference, this is an opportunity to learn more, not just to prove:

This heart has never started, never been born, never died, never been green, never seen, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never grew, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had. Never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had, never had ... It's like a void, boundless, unmeasurable ... This heart is as clear as a void, without any appearance. ...

Buddha and all beings are one thought, just like no impurities and no evil. If the sun shines all over the world, it will shine all over the world when it rises, and the void will never shine; At the end of the day, the whole world is black, and the void is not black. The realm of light and shade is taken from the grave, and the emptiness remains unchanged, as does the heart of Buddha and all beings.

Inside is like a stone, motionless and motionless, outside is like vanity, indifferent, doing nothing, doing nothing, showing nothing, gaining nothing.

There is nothing in this Buddha except silence, light and happiness. Since since the enlightenment, if we go deeper, it will be complete, and there is nothing to owe ... This origin is pure and often self-explanatory, and the world does not understand it. It only recognizes knowledge as the heart and is covered by knowledge, so it can't see the ontology of wisdom. But it doesn't mean to fall straight, and the ontology is self-evident, such as the big sun rising in the void, and it is more barrier-free to shine everywhere.

From the beginning, this spiritual awareness has lived with the void, never born or destroyed, never dirty or clean, never noisy or silent, never young or old, without internal or external aspects, without invisible stages, colorless and silent, unable to be discovered or sought, unable to learn with wisdom, unable to be taken with words, unable to be used in the background of things, unable to be used. All buddhas and bodhisattvas, together with all follies, have great nirvana.

Zhan Ran is dead, and so is his mood.

The heart is like sun gear in the void, and the light naturally does not shine. ...

At present, the state of consciousness is originally "empty silence" and "empty communication", and various related statements of Buddhism are nothing more than this. If you really believe this and accept it directly, it takes a process to eliminate karma, but you are no longer a "practice" but a "commitment"-a conservative and educated expansion after enlightenment. This is like a bad habit. The reversal of a bad habit can't only rely on thorough reasoning, but also need to follow mindfulness and slowly disintegrate one's inertia after thorough reasoning, instead of struggling with bad habits and thankless. But Tao is just this Tao. This is when you have bad habits and this is when you have good habits. It's just habits that change, not Tao. Tao just becomes smarter and more thorough. Keeping the Tao is the right way until it is clean, inclusive and completely divorced from heaven and earth. Zen master Zhao Zhou said: "Not different from the old people, but different from the old people."

This tells us a very important and crucial truth: it is not difficult to understand Tao, but it is difficult to understand it; It's not hard to get, but it's easy to deny it. This is the fundamental difference between secular law and birth law. We can think about it, the latter is really much more difficult than the former. Although the former is difficult, there is still a real way; The latter is like riding a donkey to find a donkey and holding a key to find a key. None of them are discovered suddenly, just like a brain teaser, and they will never be found. Therefore, Zen enlightenment is called epiphany, and epiphany is called epiphany. So those Zen pioneers, when you suddenly realize, are like a brain teaser, just like Dr. Lu Gen asked Nanquan Zen master: "The ancients kept a goose in a bottle, and the goose grew up gradually, so it was impossible to come out of the bottle." Now you can't break the bottle or damage the goose. What did the monk do? "Nanquan called Lugen, and Lugen agreed. Nanquan said, "Get out. "This matter spread to Lou gen begin to understand from now on. Our head is this bottle, and no number of geese can get out.

Because it is easy and simple, it is also called "common heart". Mazu therefore said, "If you want to know the Tao directly, a normal mind is the Tao." The core teaching method of Ma's ancestral tradition is "that is, the heart is the Buddha", and a Zen master with great beauty and dharma has been realized at will. Because it is easy to simplify and refuses to admit it, Master Huang Berberis sighed, "It's just a one-track door, and no one dares to enter here." "Those who want to enter this law are afraid of failure and have no place to live, so they retreat from the cliff, and the cases are wide, so those who seek knowledge are like hairs, and those who realize Tao are like horns." Zen master Lin Ji also lamented: "Fools laugh at me, but wise people don't know." Wang Yangming also lamented: "I don't believe in the world, but I seek immortality from outside." Finally, I can't understand the so-called "Huang Berberi Zen Master": "All sentient beings seek outside, seek outside and turn outside. Make the Buddha look for Buddha, catch the heart and rob the poor to the end. I don't know the troubles, Buddha is now. "

Then there is a problem. This single-minded attitude should be acceptable to everyone and simple. Why are all beings unwilling and unacceptable? The problem lies in the so-called "I don't decide to believe this is Buddha". You have doubts, many doubts, even after reading what I said. And these doubts, aren't they second thoughts? Isn't that why the traffic is blocked and the access is not smooth? Unfortunately, most people don't have this talent, or just stick to their beliefs and just walk-but most people don't have this blessing. Of the "five roots" of Buddhism, the first is "believing in the root", and the first requirement of Zen is also "making a decision". Unfortunately, the beliefs of most sentient beings are very shallow. In the end, the only feasible middle way is to understand that these doubts are also ambiguous, and you can stop understanding and rest.

Here we should really understand that Tao is not "cultivated" but "learned". The secret of Zen epiphany is here. The problem is not that Tao is far away from people and people can't find it; But they are always close, but they don't know each other. Stone is going to move to the Zen master. The so-called "I have never lived together, I am unknown, so I will only do what I want;" Since ancient times, sages still don't know, how can they make a difference? " So Goodwin said, "Tao does not belong to cultivation, nor does it belong to non-cultivation." The word has been repaired, but it is still not good; If you don't practice, you'll be like ordinary people. "There is no other practice in practice, it is important to know; Know the end of the road, live and die together. " Practice achievement, practice achievement is not Tao, Tao does not belong to repair and non-repair, achievement and non-achievement, but never, originally; Practice and achievement are just "Tao fruit", which is to free the Tao from bondage, but to show the Tao "out of phase", instead of having a Tao to obtain. The unattainable Tao itself is Tao. In this article, the purpose is also to "know". Master Huang Berberis has some straightforward words about this, which are very precious and can be used to deepen friendship:

If you don't take the right path, you will never be able to practice and get rid of it. However, it is proved that this mind is slow, those who smell the Dharma and think unintentionally, those who believe in ten things and live in ten directions without intention, those who live in ten places without intention, and those who live for a long time without intention, are true and not empty. What I've been thinking about, what I got from ten places, is just the same function, without depth. It is better to admit that you have broken this law than to do evil with others.

This heart is a pure Buddha, and everyone has it. Stupid behavior contains spiritual buddhas and bodhisattvas, regardless of the same body, only for delusion of separation, creating all kinds of karma. There is nothing in this Buddha except silence, light and happiness. In-depth since the enlightenment, straight down is right, complete enough, but also nothing to owe. Even though the three-step practice, the experience of various posts and the first time I saw the certificate only proved that Yuan came from Buddha and didn't add anything, the function of calendar robbery was always in my dream. So, as the Tathagata said, "I really didn't get anything from Aunt Bodhi. If I get anything, burning Buddha won't record it for me. " There is another cloud: "The law is equal and there is no competition. It is bodhi. "

When the world hears that all Buddhas preach the Mind Method, they will say that there is another Mind Method to prove, so they go to the Mind Method. I don't know that the heart is the law, and the law is the heart. We can't find a heart anymore. It's better to be careless now. That's the way. For example, Lux fell in love with Neizhu, found it, but couldn't get it in the end. The wise man pointed out that the bead he saw was the same as before. Therefore, people who study Taoism are fascinated by their own hearts. Instead of thinking about Buddhism, they will find out, play a role, and prove it in turn. It is better to know that all dharma circles have nothing, no income, no dependence, no cover, no ability and no thoughts to prove Bodhi. It's a robbery to prove the true Buddha, not a virtual practice. For example, when Lux gets a pearl, he must pay for it, no matter how strong he is to find it. Therefore, the Buddha said, "I got nothing from Aunt Bodhi", for fear that others would not believe me, so quoting what I saw with five eyes and said in five languages was the first meaning.

The old monk Xu Yun said: "The repairman's weapon must be a last resort." Where is the last resort? As Master Gao Zen of Hui Zong said, thinking consciousness is a "familiar place" for human beings. It was used so well from the beginning that it has long been an inertia. This inertia is called karma. Although Prajna's heart is simple and has personality, it has never been used from the beginning, so it has become people's "residence", so even if it is pointed out to you, you will not recognize it or take it seriously. Because thinking consciousness tends to be "existence", and existence is always related to length, shape, color, southeast, northwest, past and future, how to understand and accept the invisible, colorless, silent and timeless Tao? That's the point. Therefore, between misunderstandings, all the problems are "the familiar place is too familiar, and the place where you are born is too unfamiliar"; All solutions to problems are also to "be familiar with the place and the environment." The so-called blunt roots and roots are just the depth of karma in this life and maturity. But after all, Tao is not practicing, thinking that Tao will fall in practice, and sooner or later it will fall in gain, but all gains are phases. But just like lithiasis, it must be softened and broken first, which is called repair, and then it can be discharged, so that the circulation emptiness will naturally be restored, that's all. In short, those six words: never leave your hands and never leave your hands.

The first thought is empty thought and no thought, and it can also be real thought and conscious thought. Nothing is the body of foresight, and thinking is the opportunity of foresight. The ontology of Tao is used together with fate, and the first thought that fate instantly produces is this machine; A little thought is the heart of interest, which is the second thought. This machine is used from the heart, and the phenomenon also proves that it has a straightforward distinction between right and wrong-whether a thing is morally correct or not is actually known at this moment, and morality is the ultimate truth of the world after all, so Wang Yangming is called "conscience". Therefore, the theory of mind is highly similar to Zen Buddhism, but Yang said that the difference is "only within one millimeter" because the first thought is false or true, and both factions are prepared; But Zen is partial to the body and the heart is partial; So, there is no difference, just different. Its similarity is the deepest secret of all learning, and its difference is the deepest secret of mind learning, so it is Confucianism. Zen and mind learning meet in the deepest part of this first thought. It is confidential to be able to be different from each other.

"There is no good disgusting body, there is good malicious action; Knowing good and evil is conscience, and doing good and evil is character. " This is the true meaning. Wang Yangming's so-called "undeveloped conscience, that is, Dagong, silent ontology" and "empty conscience, that is, empty heaven; The lack of conscience is too intangible ",and the so-called" knowledge is the noumenon of the heart "and" conscience is just a heart of right and wrong, right and wrong are just likes and dislikes; If you have to do evil, do right, do wrong, and do everything if you don't do it. " The word right and wrong is a big rule, but it is ingenious. "This is the real meaning. So the first thing that comes to mind is heaven and man, birth and accession to the WTO, body and use, the deepest cardinal.

People who convert to the "first thought" are deeply enlightened.
