First, the recruitment target and basic conditions

(3) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination and interview, with full marks of 100.

1, written test

(1) written test content:

The written test is a subject, including professional theoretical knowledge such as professional ability test and public basic knowledge (30 points), educational teaching theory and educational laws and regulations (70 points). The test questions are all objective questions, and the test time is 120 minutes. The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner.

(3) written test requirements:

Applicants should take the written test at the time and place required by the admission ticket. Those who fail to take the written test on time are deemed to have given up automatically. Those with incomplete documents are not allowed to take the exam. 30 minutes after the written test begins, late applicants are not allowed to enter the examination room. Candidates who take the written test are not allowed to leave the examination room in advance.

2. Interview (Trial)

The interview mainly examines the comprehensive quality, professional knowledge and practical operation ability of the finalists in the formal interview to meet the actual post requirements. The interview method is a trial lecture, and the content of the trial lecture is mainly the knowledge of teaching materials in various disciplines. Interview (trial) full score 100, score on the spot, and announce the results on the spot. The interview score is 60 points. If the interview score is lower than 60 points, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(3) interview requirements:

The interview was conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interview of Open Recruiters in Dalian Public Institutions. The formal interview finalists must provide their "Resident Identity Card" and "Admission Ticket" when attending the interview. Those who lack the above documents are not allowed to participate in the interview.

(four) approved total score

The total score is calculated according to the following formula:

Written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%= total score.

According to the total test score, the number of positions is 1: 1 from high score to low score.
