2. 18 years old and under 35 years old, and the age of graduate students and doctoral students (not working) can be relaxed to under 40 years old.

4. Have good conduct.

5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post.

7. Have a college degree or above.

8. Have other qualifications required by the proposed position as stipulated by the competent department of central civil servants.
