Measures of Yunnan province for rewarding teaching achievements
Article 1 In order to standardize the work of rewarding teaching achievements at the provincial level, encourage educators to engage in educational and teaching research, and improve the teaching level and quality, these measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of the State Council on Teaching Achievement Awards and in combination with the actual situation of this province. Article 2 The "teaching achievements" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the education and teaching programs that reflect the laws of education and teaching, are original, novel and practical, and have obvious effects on improving the teaching level and quality and realizing the training objectives, mainly including:

(1) Change educational ideas and concepts, adjust professional structure, reform personnel training mode, curriculum system and teaching content, improve teaching methods and techniques, comprehensively promote quality education, promote students' all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and improve the achievements of education quality.

(two) achievements in organizing teaching work, promoting the reform of teaching and teaching management, strengthening the basic construction of teaching, carrying out quality assurance and monitoring, establishing self-restraint and development mechanism, and realizing the modernization of teaching management. Third provincial teaching achievement awards are approved and awarded by the provincial people's government, and the specific evaluation and other work is organized and implemented by the provincial education administrative department. Article 4 Provincial teaching achievement awards are divided into three grades: the special prize of Yunnan Teaching Achievement Award, the first prize of Yunnan Teaching Achievement Award and the second prize of Yunnan Teaching Achievement Award, and corresponding certificates and bonuses are awarded.

The provincial teaching achievement awards are reviewed every 4 years, and the awards for each review are: no more than 5 special prizes, and each bonus is not less than 60,000 yuan; No more than 90 first prizes, each with a bonus of not less than 30,000 yuan; No more than 200 second prize winners, each with a bonus of not less than 20,000 yuan.

Provincial teaching achievement award evaluation funds into the provincial budget, to ensure business funds. Fifth provincial education administrative departments shall announce relevant information to the public 3 months before each provincial teaching achievement award is declared. Sixth provincial education administrative departments shall set up a provincial teaching achievement award evaluation committee in a timely manner, specifically responsible for the evaluation of provincial teaching achievement awards.

The evaluation committee of the provincial teaching achievement award has one director, several deputy directors and several members. The jury consists of not less than 365,438+0 singular experts.

Members of the provincial teaching achievement award evaluation committee are nominated by the provincial education administrative department and submitted to the provincial people's government for approval. Seventh schools, scientific research institutions, academic groups and other social organizations, teachers and other individuals at all levels, who meet the following conditions, can apply for the provincial teaching achievement award:

(a) is the first in China and the province or at the leading level in the province;

(two) after more than two years of education and teaching practice;

(3) influential in China and the province. Eighth units or individuals applying for provincial teaching achievement awards may submit them to the local county (city, district) or state (city) education administrative department, which shall submit them to the provincial education administrative department; It can also be directly reported to the provincial education administrative department.

If two or more units and individuals belonging to different administrative regions at or above the county level jointly complete and jointly declare the provincial teaching achievement award, the lead unit or leader shall submit it to the local state (city) education administrative department, which shall submit it to the provincial education administrative department; It can also be directly reported to the provincial education administrative department.

To declare the provincial teaching achievement award, the main finishers of each achievement shall not exceed 5, and the main finishers of each achievement shall not exceed 3. Ninth units or individuals applying for the provincial teaching achievement award shall submit the following materials:

(three) schools or other units that have achieved practical results by applying teaching results. Tenth provincial education administrative departments shall complete the qualification examination of teaching achievements within 20 days after the application deadline, and submit the application materials that have passed the qualification examination to the provincial teaching achievement award evaluation committee for evaluation. Eleventh provincial teaching achievement award evaluation committee shall receive the submitted application materials.

Within 30 days from the date, an objective and fair evaluation will be conducted to produce the winning projects and their winners by secret ballot. Twelfth members of the provincial teaching achievement award evaluation committee should be avoided when evaluating the teaching achievements of themselves or their relatives, teachers and students and other interested personnel and their own units. The withdrawal of the chairman is decided by the jury collectively; The withdrawal of other members is decided by the chairman. Thirteenth provincial teaching achievement awards shall meet the following requirements:

(a) a major innovation breakthrough in the reform and development of education and teaching, which is the first in China, has achieved remarkable results through practice, has great influence in China, and has great popularization and application value, and can be awarded the grand prize.
