Responsible for the comprehensive coordination of important party affairs, government affairs and bureau affairs; Responsible for drafting the work plan, summarizing and synthesizing relevant written materials of the Education Bureau.

Responsible for the organization and arrangement of Party committees, executive meetings, director's office meetings, bureau-level important meetings and the supervision of matters agreed at the meetings; Responsible for the supervision of important matters assigned by superior departments and bureau leaders; Organize and coordinate the supervision, summary and reporting of various targets issued by the National Target Office.

Responsible for secretarial, confidential, archives, letters and visits, confidentiality, security, information and logistics management; Responsible for overall management, external publicity and open government affairs; Responsible for organizing the compilation of educational yearbooks and educational records; Responsible for handling NPC proposal and CPPCC proposal; Responsible for rejuvenating the country through science and education.

Responsible for personnel management, teacher rotation, commendation, rewards and punishments, and personnel management system reform in the national education system; Responsible for teacher qualification certification; To be responsible for the appointment, removal and filing of departmental level cadres of bureaus and directly affiliated units; Responsible for the adjustment and management of the establishment of ethnic primary and secondary schools; Responsible for the employment guidance of graduates from normal universities.

The scope of responsibilities of the Education Bureau:

1, the administrative organs and all kinds of schools in the county should do a good job in the selection, training, inspection, rewards and punishments, appointment and removal and management of cadres in accordance with the management authority.

2, organize and guide the schools directly under the county to carry out party building and ideological and political work, earnestly do a good job in the ideological style construction of the school team, and assist relevant departments to do a good job in the United front work of the county education system, trade unions and the Communist Youth League.

3, responsible for education supervision and evaluation, correct school thinking, implement the party's educational principles and policies.
