Article 3 The selected outstanding scientific and technological achievements are divided into three grades according to their grades, functions and complexity of technical procedures.

First prize: it has reached the domestic advanced level, has high application value or remarkable economic benefits, and will be awarded certificates, certificates and bonuses 1500 yuan.

Second prize: those who have reached the advanced level in the province and have high application value or remarkable economic benefits will be awarded certificates, certificates and bonuses 1000 yuan.

Third prize: those with high technical level, strong practicability and remarkable economic benefits will be awarded certificates, certificates and prizes of 500 yuan. Fourth scientific and technological achievements that have won the invention award, natural science award, technological progress award and other awards will no longer be awarded. Fifth individual awards (no more than four people), certificates and bonuses are issued to individuals. Collective award, issued to the collective certificate (list, no more than 10); A certificate shall be issued to each of the main technical backbones (no more than 3 people) who have made significant contributions; The bonus is reasonably distributed to everyone according to the contribution of the researchers directly involved in the project. Article 6 If scientific and technological workers outside the province participate in scientific research in our province and obtain outstanding scientific and technological achievements, or provide outstanding scientific and technological achievements to our province for application and receive remarkable economic benefits, they will also be rewarded according to these measures. Article 7 The following materials shall be submitted to declare the scientific and technological achievements awarded:

(1) registration form for examination and approval of outstanding scientific and technological achievements (the style shall be issued separately by the provincial science and technology commission);

(2) technical appraisal certificate (submitted appraisal materials for theoretical achievements);

(3) economic and technological application review report (the style shall be stipulated separately by the provincial science and technology commission);

(4) Main technical data (including design scheme, test method, calculation data, production test or intermediate test, summary report and technical and economic effect). Article 8 Application Procedures

(1) Collectives or individuals who have completed scientific and technological achievements shall be declared by their units step by step according to their business centralized and subordinate relations.

Science and technology associations and specialized societies at all levels may recommend award-winning scientific and technological achievements to the local science and technology commission or relevant business departments.

(2) the scientific and technological achievements jointly completed by several units shall be declared by the project host unit or research and design unit. Scientific research achievements are presided over or designed by scientific research units outside the province, and if they are not rewarded outside the province, they can be declared by the cooperative units in the province, but they must hold the power of attorney of the design unit and the certificate that they have not been rewarded.

(3) when the administrative office, city and county business departments declare scientific and technological achievements to the superior business department, the application materials shall be reviewed and signed by the Science and Technology Commission at the same level. The submitted materials shall be copied to the Science and Technology Commission at the same level.

(4) When the relevant state departments in our province and other units outside the province declare the award-winning results, they can directly submit them to the provincial counterpart business departments.

The personnel and units that resort to deceit and defraud the honor shall be disqualified from winning the prize or the honorary title shall be revoked, and the certificates, certificates and bonuses shall be recovered. At the same time, we should investigate the leadership responsibility and give disciplinary action when necessary.
