On July 24th, 20021,the General Office of the State Council, the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC issued opinions on further reducing the burden of students' homework and off-campus training in compulsory education. On August 30th, the Ministry of Education held a press conference to introduce the "Opinions of the Central Committee on Reducing the Workload of Students in Compulsory Education and the Burden of Off-campus Training", which clearly required strengthening the supervision of "double reduction" and was listed as the "No.1 Project" of 202 1 Education Supervision.
"Double reduction" is the government's policy on examination papers, which aims at reducing the burden of students' homework and off-campus training in compulsory education, returning education to its true nature, allowing children to develop morally, intellectually and physically in school, making growth more important than success, and not allowing capital to operate education. The "double reduction" has come, and the pressure on children's schoolwork has been reduced. Little friends no longer have to compete for more extracurricular classes and more famous extracurricular classes. Children have more time to exercise and play, and their nature is released. However, some parents still think that the sky is falling and spend money to train their children to be academic tyrants. Now they are deprived of the opportunity to get ahead by brushing more questions. But more parents feel that it is dawn, and finally they are not so tired. They can protect their wallets from being fooled by the commercialization of education.
