This accords with the present situation of the formation and development of mathematics teaching theory.
(1) The former Soviet scholar Stolyar said in his book Mathematics Pedagogy that the problems contained in mathematics pedagogy can be divided into mathematics teaching and learning, that is, teachers' mathematics teaching activities and students' mathematics learning activities, and put forward that mathematics teaching is the teaching of mathematical thinking activities, not just the teaching of mathematical results, and students should be taught how to acquire mathematical knowledge through thinking activities. Just like the base multiplication and division method, it is not only for students to remember, but more importantly, to obtain the law through observation, experiment, induction and guess. Special emphasis is placed on the process of the educated learning mathematical knowledge, which is similar to the thinking process of discovering mathematical truth in a sense.
(2) H. Bousfield, a West German scholar. At the third international conference on mathematics education, three research objects of mathematics pedagogy were expounded: curriculum, teaching and learning. Later, Tom Keelen of America developed his point of view. In an editorial entitled "Research on Mathematics Education-Triangle", Tom Cullen regards the image proportion of curriculum, teaching and learning as the three vertices of the triangle, corresponding to three kinds of people: curriculum designers, teachers and students. Mathematics pedagogy has three research aspects, namely, curriculum theory, teaching theory and learning theory.
(3) 1980, Yokota Yuji, a professor at Yamagata University in Japan, wrote "Preface to Mathematical Pedagogy", expounding the research objects, research fields and research methods of mathematical pedagogy, and putting forward seven research fields of mathematical pedagogy.
① Research on learners' mathematical cognition and practice. ② Teaching research.
③ Determination of teaching content and research of educational courses. ④ Research on mathematics education in public educational institutions (nurseries, kindergartens, primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and universities). From the viewpoint of system theory, this paper compares towel science with J.
⑤ Research on the role of mathematics in supplementary meetings. ⑥ Research on the history of mathematics education.
⑦ Research on world mathematics education. In short, the generalized mathematics teaching theory studies all the problems related to mathematics education (mathematics and society, teacher training, comparative mathematics education, etc. ) In a narrow sense, studying the whole process of teaching and learning with curriculum theory, teaching theory and learning theory as the core is a discipline that reveals the phenomena and laws of mathematics education.
