According to the notice issued by the General Office of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the General Office of Yinchuan Municipal People's Government (No.[20 19] 17), these Provisions are formulated.

Yinchuan Education Bureau is the working department of Yinchuan Municipal People's Government, at the level. The Education Working Committee of the Municipal Party Committee is an agency of the Municipal Party Committee and co-located with the Education Bureau.

The Education Leading Group Office of Yinchuan Municipal Committee is located in the Education Bureau. Accept the direct leadership of the Education Leading Group of Yinchuan Municipal Committee, undertake the daily work of the Education Leading Group of Yinchuan Municipal Committee, organize research on policies and measures such as Party building and ideological and political construction in the field of education, educational development plans and major reform plans, coordinate and supervise the implementation of the decision-making and work deployment of the Education Leading Group of Yinchuan Municipal Committee. The establishment of the municipal education leading group office secretarial section, responsible for handling the daily affairs of the municipal education leading group.
