Guided by the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, we should thoroughly implement Scientific Outlook on Development and the Party's educational policy and educational planning outline. In accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents of the municipal and county youth league committees, taking education as the foundation, taking service as the purpose, taking the opportunity of establishing a safe school and a cultural campus, taking innovation as the driving force, combining the situation and the physical and mental characteristics of young students, taking the education of ideals and beliefs as the core, taking serving the healthy growth of young people as the main line, and taking "highlighting the effectiveness of team activities" as the standard, we will continuously strengthen and deepen the all-round construction of the youth league committees, and enhance the attraction, cohesion and influence of team organizations, so as to be good and fast in school.

Second, the focus of work

(a) with the education of ideals and beliefs as the core, optimize the ideological and moral quality of League members.

1, in-depth development of youth education.

Cooperate with the Communist Youth League Committee at a higher level, the General Party Branch of the school and the Political and Educational Affairs Office to actively carry out theme education activities. Through the development of activities, we will lay a solid foundation, improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the youth league organizations, and enable the youth league branches to carry out their duties, forge ahead and carry out their work effectively.

2. Carry out in-depth study and education activities in connection with reality.

Adhere to practical education, service education and cultural education, give full play to the important role of team organization in the ideological and moral construction of young people, and educate and guide young people to grow into "four haves". Take the opportunities of festivals such as Lei, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Youth Day, 12.9 Movement, New Year's Eve party and other activities to comprehensively promote the modern civic education activities of "patriotism, law-abiding, honesty and courtesy", and vigorously carry forward and cultivate the great national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core among young people. Take experiential education as the basic way to guide teenagers to consciously practice moral concepts and behavior norms.

3, continue to carry out "patriotism" education activities.

This year, the Youth League Committee of our school plans to organize theme education activities. We hope that through these activities, we can inspire students' feelings of loving the motherland and the school, cultivate students' sense of responsibility of obeying the law, teach students to be grateful and help others, protect the environment and fully create an educational atmosphere.

In order to give full play to the important role of league members in the construction of campus spiritual civilization, we should actively carry out youth volunteer activities to prepare for the establishment of a school with distinctive culture. The Youth League Committee relies on the construction of young volunteers to make youth volunteer service based on campus, radiate society and strengthen the promotion of youth volunteer activities. Each league branch is required to have a fixed service point and carry out volunteer activities once a month. This semester, we will use the advanced to drive the backward, increase the praise and publicity, make every league branch act and form a good service system.

2. Promote the comprehensive quality development of league members.

In this school year, we should cooperate with the work of various departments of the school to carry out a series of activities to promote the comprehensive quality development of league members, and at the same time further improve the student promotion system to make these work more in-depth and effective. It is necessary to choose the right entrance, build a stage for students to give full play to their talents, firmly establish the concept of paying attention to students' all-round development, cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability, facing all students, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, developing democracy and equality, and forming characteristics. On this basis, strengthen external publicity to make it have a social impact.

(three) to build a learning organization of the Communist Youth League, and constantly promote the construction of the Communist Youth League itself.

1. Run the "Amateur Party School" well, do a good job in the propaganda work of students joining the League, and make the development of League members concrete and standardized.

Further improve the activities and measures such as group visits and swearing-in ceremonies for new members, and better play the exemplary role of members. In the course selection of the Youth League School, we should deeply understand the new concepts, new ideas and new developments of middle school students in the new period and set them according to the current hot issues and the characteristics of middle school students. While doing a good job in pre-league education, we should also educate the old league members accordingly.

2, improve the system within the group, strengthen the organization construction of the group.

This school year will further improve the working mechanism of "Party Building with League Building". Strengthen the construction of the Youth League branch and give full play to its role. It is necessary to constantly improve the job responsibilities of league cadres at all levels, the management system of league organizations at all levels (meetings, education, evaluation, development, rewards and punishments, branch assessment, and tour fee management) and working procedures (tour fee payment, organizational development, advanced selection, education evaluation, and branch change), so as to standardize and institutionalize daily work and strive to implement the perfect assessment system. There will be a clear division of labor in the league, each with its own emphasis. This semester, we should organize the recruitment, commendation meeting and inaugural meeting of the workers' league branch, and do a good job in the connection between freshmen and graduates.

3. Assist the school to continue to do a good job in daily management.

This academic year, we should continue to consolidate the effectiveness of campus management, emphasize the "strict, meticulous and practical" work style, strict management, strict requirements, and be careful, meticulous and pragmatic at ordinary times; Check and rectify in place, and persistently cultivate students' good behavior habits. 4. Further strengthen the theoretical research on the construction and work of cadres.

It is necessary to strengthen horizontal communication with sister school organizations. By organizing a forum for league cadres, we can improve the theoretical level of school league cadres and lay a solid foundation for building a learning league organization.

The second part: the work plan of the Youth League Committee in middle school.

Guided by the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Youth League, we will actively implement the working spirit of the Communist Youth League Committee and the Youth League Committee of the Education Bureau, closely focus on the central work of school education and teaching, proceed from the school work and students' ideological reality, constantly consolidate and expand the position and space of the Communist Youth League work, expand the influence of the Communist Youth League organization in the school, "seek development through activities", take serving young students as the working purpose, focus on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability, comprehensively improve students' quality, further strengthen the self-construction of the Communist Youth League organization, and improve the combat effectiveness of our school.

This semester, we will intensify publicity, pay attention to the popularization of the knowledge of the Communist Youth League, and infiltrate the spirit and thoughts of the League into the student groups in the form of combining small group classes with large group classes. Strengthen the interaction between activists and student league members, exchange and discuss in time, and make the work of the Communist Youth League more targeted and effective.

This semester, we will improve the process of developing new league members, seriously hold mass forums, deeply understand the opinions of the masses, attach importance to quality and efficiency, and make outstanding students grow into Communist Youth League members as soon as possible. It is expected that a group of new league members will be developed in May this semester.

(two) to lay a solid foundation for the work of the group and further strengthen the self-construction of the group.

Further strengthen the construction of organizational system, and constantly improve and develop. Institutionalize some daily work, make it routine, and let each member set action goals. In order to strengthen the education and management of the Youth League branch more pertinently and effectively, this semester, all branches are required to hold regular (once a month) life meetings of the Youth League branch, so that the majority of members can learn about the state's current affairs policies in time while strengthening theoretical study, so that students can effectively establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook, pay attention to the theoretical and practical education of the Chinese national spirit and traditional virtues, and truly establish an advanced image and play an advanced role among students.

(3) Pay attention to and serve the youth.

1) Organize youth league members to participate in various school activities and show their talents. Carry out national spirit education with patriotism as the core. Do a good job in the ideological education of League members' students, cultivate them to establish national pride, national pride and deep love for the country, and take root in the fine tradition and style of self-reliance of the Chinese nation since childhood. Exchange ideas through essays, blackboard newspapers, speeches and other forms, and take the lead in setting off the climax of the theme education activity of "passing on the national spirit from generation to generation".

2) Make use of the "network" carrier to improve working conditions and expand new channels of ideological and political education. Make full use of the school website and give full play to its educational and service functions. Investigate hot topics among students and organize student forums.

Help poor students through multiple channels.
