Those who pass the qualification review shall have a physical examination at the specified time and place. Specific matters will be notified separately.
The physical examination shall be organized and implemented by Dianjiang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with the competent department of the employer according to regulations. The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Notice on Revising the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065]140), combined with the actual requirements of the industry or post, and the Physical Examination Form for Staff Employment in Public Institutions shall be filled in as required.
Physical examination should be carried out in the designated qualified medical and health institutions at or above the county level (generally above Grade II). Except for the items that should be re-examined on the spot or on the same day according to the relevant regulations, if the recruiting unit or candidates have any objection to the conclusion of the medical examination, they can submit a written application for re-examination within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the medical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination with the consent of the comprehensive personnel management department. The physical examination conclusion shall prevail.

Those who pass the physical examination shall be comprehensively inspected by the competent department in conjunction with the recruiting unit in accordance with the Measures for the Investigation of Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Chongqing, including political and ideological quality, moral quality cultivation, ability and quality, law-abiding situation, daily study and work, and whether it is necessary to avoid it. After the inspection, the inspection conclusion shall be made truthfully. After the investigation list is determined, it shall promptly notify the object of investigation.
The inspection should adhere to the principle of "who reviews, who is responsible and leaves no trace". The inspection team should strictly review the personnel files, credit records, illegal and criminal records of the personnel to be employed, check whether the registration materials and other related materials provided by the personnel to be employed are true, and pay attention to verification by means of field visits, extended visits and official website inquiries. Among them, education, degree and credit status should be verified through China Higher Education Student Information Network (chsi.com.cn), China Executive Information Open Network (zxgk.court.gov.cn) and Credit China Website (creditchina.gov.cn). If the inspection conclusion is unqualified, the inspection team shall explain the reasons to the applicant.
The qualification examination of recruitment posts in public institutions runs through the whole process of open recruitment. Anyone who verifies that the qualifications of the candidates do not meet the requirements for entering the examination will be disqualified from entering the follow-up recruitment link or continuing the employment qualification. Among them, before the implementation of the interview organization, if it is verified that the qualifications of applicants do not meet the requirements for registration, vacancies can be filled according to regulations; After the implementation of the interview organization, if it is verified that the qualifications of the applicants do not meet the requirements, they will not be replenished.
Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination or automatic waiver of qualification after confirmation in physical examination will not be filled, and vacancies in inspection, publicity and follow-up links will not be filled. After the candidates pass the inspection, the information of the personnel who give up the qualification to enter the follow-up link shall be reported by the recruiting unit to the comprehensive personnel management department of the institution for the record.
