Continuing education and registration renewal of first-class architects
First-class builders need to continue their education every year. The registration certificate and practicing seal are valid for 3 years. In each registration period, the second-level construction engineer must meet the requirements of continuing education stipulated by the competent construction department of the State Council before applying for renewal of registration.

continuing education

Continuing education is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses, and each course is 60 hours in each registration period. After continuing education reaches the qualified standard, a certificate of continuing education will be issued.

The specific requirements of continuing education shall be formulated separately by the competent construction department of the State Council in conjunction with the relevant departments of the State Council.

Registration validity period

"Regulations on the Management of Second-level Builders" stipulates that the registration certificate and practicing seal shall be valid for 3 years, and an application for renewal of registration shall be made at the expiration of 3 years.

application for insurance

If it is necessary to continue practicing after the expiration of registration, it shall apply for renewal of registration in accordance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 30 days before the expiration of registration. To apply for renewal of registration, the following materials shall be submitted: (1) an application form for renewal of registration of registered architects; (2) the original registration certificate; (three) a copy of the employment contract signed by the applicant and the employing unit or other valid documents; (four) the applicant meets the requirements of continuing education within the validity period of registration.

After being employed, a registered construction engineer can serve as the project manager of a construction project in the name of a construction engineer, and engage in the management of other construction activities, as well as other businesses as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations or the competent construction administrative department of the State Council. The duty of the constructor is to organize and manage the project comprehensively from preparation for commencement to completion acceptance according to the authorization of the legal representative of the enterprise.
