Private kindergartens that enjoy government financial subsidies (including government purchase of services, rent reduction and tax exemption, replacement by awards, stationing of public teachers, arrangement of special awards, preferential allocation of land, etc.). ) The relevant departments of the local people's government can determine the maximum charging standard by contract, and private kindergartens can formulate specific charging standards within the scope of the maximum standard and report them to the local price, education and finance departments for the record before implementation. Article 10 When a private kindergarten reports the standards of teaching fees and accommodation fees to the relevant departments for the record, it shall submit the following materials: (1) Relevant information of the kindergarten, including its name, address, legal representative, legal registration certificate and the Kindergarten School License issued by the administrative department of education; (2) The specific cost items for setting the charging standard include wages, allowances, subsidies and welfare, social security expenses, official expenses, business expenses, repair expenses, depreciation expenses of fixed assets and other normal expenses for running the park.
