Difference 1: reconcile the media
Propylene pigment is mixed with water or oil, which is easier to clean; Oil painting pigments must be blended with oil; Gouache is mainly mixed with water; Watercolor is a painting with water as the medium and mixed pigments.
Difference 2: Multicolor Harmony
1. acrylic pigment will not feel dirty or gray after being mixed for many times. Keep the color moist and bright, and it will not turn gray and light like gouache.
2. Oil painting pigments are suitable for long-term molding and characterization, with a strong sense of molding and harmonious color integration.
Gouache pigment is bright when it is wet, but it will turn slightly gray and light when it is dry. If you encounter water after painting, it will dilute the color.
4. When the colors of watercolor pigments overlap, the following colors will pass through. The colors are not as bright as colored ink, but they are darker, which is suitable for people who like quaint colors and is not easy to change color after long-term storage.
Difference 3: painting method and preservation time
1. The acrylic pigment is well preserved and suitable for plane painting. If it is three-dimensional, the thin painting should be divided into several times.
2. Oil painting pigments have a strong sense of brushwork, which is suitable for in-depth description of objects, realism and highlighting the basic skills of painters. Realism can't see the change of brushwork.
3. Gouache pigments can be painted on gouache paper and sketch paper, which is not suitable for too much description. Limited techniques, a painting should not be painted for a long time.
4. Watercolor pigment is suitable for people who like quaint colors, and it is not easy to change color after long-term storage. Watercolor pigments are divided into solid and tubular. Solid pigments are easy to carry and suitable for small-scale creation and sketching. Tubular pigments are suitable for large-scale painting.
