What does special education do?
Special education is to educate special objects by using special methods, equipment and measures.

Special education:

Special education is an undergraduate major in colleges and universities, which belongs to pedagogy. The basic study period is four years, and the degree of education is awarded. The teaching of special education should adhere to the guidance of Marxism, take the positioning and characteristics of China's higher education as the frame of reference, take the industry standards and social needs as the guidance, and cultivate a firm and correct political direction and noble moral quality.

Senior professionals with good scientific and humanistic quality, international vision, systematic mastery of basic knowledge, basic theories, basic skills and methods necessary for educational science and this major, strong innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, practical ability of educational entrepreneurship and management ability, and capable of teaching, management and research in educational management institutions at all levels.

The curriculum system mainly includes theoretical courses, practical courses and graduation thesis (design). Theoretical courses consist of general education courses, professional basic courses and professional direction courses. General education courses include university public courses, innovation and entrepreneurship education courses and related humanities and social sciences, science and engineering courses and art education courses.

Professional basic course is the basic theory and method course of special education.
