Since the District Education Bureau put forward the idea of establishing brand schools, we have made some explorations and efforts. Now how to comb and summarize the process of our school from the characteristics of moral education to the brand of moral education from three aspects: innovating the carrier, strengthening the guarantee and paying attention to reflection.
The first is to innovate the carrier and highlight the effectiveness of brand promotion.
The essence of school brand is to have a stable quality of education and teaching and a strong taste of school culture, and high-quality education service is the core of brand building. Establish a good reputation through the school's excellent service, attract sufficient students with good reputation, win rich resources with sufficient students, and serve the school brand promotion with rich resources. Therefore, we use rich resources to gradually form the carrier of five brands promotion.
1 Rely on the Young Pioneers to organize positions. As a children's mass organization, the fundamental purpose of the school Young Pioneers is to unite and educate all children and promote their development. In practice, relying on the Young Pioneers' organizational carrier, we adopted the following strategies: ① Theme activity strategy; (2) "Three Helps" activity strategy; ③ Develop the strategy of "scholarly classroom" and "scholarly campus"; ④ Evaluation strategy of pupils' daily behavior norms.
2. Build two "bases". Our school is the only experimental base of hard-pen calligraphy in China, and also the research base of activity courses in Zhejiang Province. We regard these two bases as the breakthrough point of deepening quality education, and focus on four promotion strategies: ① teacher training strategy, ② expert guidance strategy; (3) project leading strategy; ④ The strategy of "promoting training through competition".
3. Integrate the three types of courses. According to the national curriculum plan standards, we are committed to researching, developing and perfecting the curriculum system and model, and strive to build a new curriculum construction system with moral education as the core and cultivating innovative spirit and practical ability as the focus. By integrating national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum, the curriculum reform is actively promoted, which provides education and teaching quality guarantee for brand promotion.
4 student community planning. In order to develop students' potential and cultivate good interest in learning, the school pays attention to organizing students to carry out club activities and adopts the following strategies: ① automatic operation strategy, ② tutorial system strategy. ③ Evaluation strategy of star-rated clubs.
5. Parent resource development. In order to build a "trinity" education system, the school has fully played the role of a bridge and link between parents and schools, and established parent committees, parent-school committees and corresponding parent-school organizational systems. The strategies adopted in the concrete operation are as follows: ① establishing a school-running mechanism of "1+5"; (2) carry out the selection activities of outstanding students and parents to create a good teaching atmosphere; ③ Strengthen the discussion system of parents' committee.
Second, strengthen protection and enhance the richness of brand connotation.
The core of school brand competitiveness is school service quality, and school cultural values are the key to improve brand stability. Quality and culture are important guarantees to enhance the connotation of school brand. In order to make the above carriers play an effective role and enhance the brand connotation, the school has established three guarantees.
1 school culture construction guarantee. ① Refine the core values of running a school. As early as 1996, the school put forward the motto of "self-care, self-discipline, self-study and self-improvement". It aims to become a positive and self-developing behavior direction and accumulate self-confidence for teachers and students. On campus, it is a silent command, and it has become a huge educational force, inspiring people. Have a subtle influence and positive emotional experience on every member of the school; ② Inherit the local culture of the school. The enterprising spirit of hard struggle has influenced generations of pioneers, which we call "local tyrant tide culture". In this culture, it has become the mainstream culture of the school "Dare to be the first and strive for first-class". The core values are people-oriented, paying attention to people's rights, and paying attention to the happiness and quality of life, so as to truly form common school values and create a bright future for every child; ③ Stimulate vitality. We should adhere to the people-oriented principle, and "making students confident and happy to grow up" has become the core of our school-running philosophy, so that students can proudly say "I am confident and happy" every day. Let the campus truly become a paradise for students to study, live and grow.
2. Teachers' school-based training guarantee. Successful brands often have a very solid foundation of values and teachers who believe in these values, so we attach great importance to the construction of teachers. The professional level of teachers in our school moves from knowledge level to wisdom level and then to creativity level, and becomes a real cultural person. Teacher development and student development are dialectical unity, and teacher development can better promote student development. Classroom teaching is the most basic form of teachers' professional activities. Teachers should be guided to explore professional development in classroom teaching, so that self-promotion can become the source of living water.
3. Guarantee for the reform of administrative management mechanism. As far as the school itself is concerned, to develop high-quality education and build a brand school, we must establish three cornerstones: ① to establish a clear school-running goal and advanced school-running concept, to form an effective brand strategy and enhance competitiveness; ② Build a scientific and efficient management system and mechanism, form the ability of sustainable development, and enhance the educational strength. ③ Create a civilized and efficient school culture, create a harmonious development environment and enhance cohesion.
Third, pay attention to reflection and pursue the sustainability of brand growth.
Brand promotion is a process of keeping pace with the times. With the promotion of quality education, the innovation of new curriculum ideas and the rising demand of people for quality education, our pursuit and construction of brands are endless, which requires us not to explore, reflect and move forward in practice.
Reflection 1: Reflecting on the process from the characteristics of moral education to the brand of moral education, we deeply feel that the brand positioning of the school is the premise of brand promotion, and there is no way to talk about it without correct brand positioning. In the practice of brand positioning and promotion, we can say that we have the following characteristics: ① high starting point; ② Low center of gravity and accurate placement. The establishment of moral education brand conforms to our school-running philosophy and the requirements of implementing quality education and new curriculum reform. It can be said that building a brand of "educating people" not only conforms to the requirements of the times, but also fulfills the sacred mission of education.
Reflection 2: Brand building is a difficult and long-term process. Brand is a sign that distinguishes one school from another. It needs to be packaged and identified ... This requires us to constantly innovate in education, system and management and formulate business strategies for brand promotion. Although we have made some achievements, there is still a long way to go. Looking forward to the future, we will strive to make further efforts in the following two aspects: ① through refined routine management, we will continuously improve the quality of education and teaching and provide quality assurance; ② By continuously practicing the concept of educating people, we can optimize educational services and enhance rich cultural connotations.
