The director of the Education Committee of the County People's Congress is a department-level cadre responsible for the proposal of science, education, culture and health.

Department-level cadres, the Education, Culture and Health Committee is the department in charge of education, culture and health proposals in the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, and the corresponding government departments that implement education, culture and health, such as the Education Bureau and the Provincial Education Working Committee, which is referred to as the Provincial Education Working Committee. The Provincial Education Working Committee is the agency of the Provincial Party Committee, whose main task is to implement the educational principles, policies, laws and regulations, study and formulate the provincial educational principles, policies and local regulations, and supervise their implementation.

The Education Bureau is directly led by the people's government at the corresponding level.
