China Preschool Education Research Association has a council, a standing council and an academic committee, which are responsible for the daily affairs and academic work of the association.

In addition, the China Committee of the World Organization for Preschool Education (OMEP) was established to be responsible for international cooperation and exchange.

The seminar consists of six professional committees: Kindergarten Curriculum and Teaching Committee, Preschool Education Development and Management Committee, Games and Toys Committee, Preschool Children's Health Education Committee, Kindergarten Social Education Committee and Preschool Education Teacher Development Committee.
