In terms of years of pre-school education in arts and sciences, there are two years of junior college and three years of study, and no internship is needed. The school has a number of well-known experts and scholars inside and outside the province, and many of them have won the titles of provincial-level teaching teachers, teachers' morality pacesetters, national, provincial and municipal experts.

The school attaches great importance to the construction of teaching staff. Faculty 1 155, including 280 associate professors or above, accounting for 43% of full-time teachers. Among the teachers, there are 436 doctors and masters, accounting for 66% of full-time teachers. The school has long employed 35 part-time professors at home and abroad, 3 foreign teachers and more than 30 returned students.
