Beijing 1

Beijing, referred to as "Beijing" for short, is the provincial administrative region, capital and municipality directly under the Central Government of People's Republic of China (PRC), and is the political and cultural center of the whole country. Beij is located in that north of China, with its cent at 1 16 20' east longitude and 39 56' north latitude. It borders Tianjin in the east and Hebei in the rest, with a total area of 164 10.54 square kilometers.

Beijing is high in the northwest and low in the southeast. The west, north and northeast are surrounded by mountains, and the southeast is a plain that slowly inclines to the Bohai Sea. The main rivers flowing through the territory are: Yongding River, Chaobai River, North Canal and Juma River.

Located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, on the bank of the Yellow River, it is adjacent to Zhengzhou, the provincial capital in the west, Shangqiu in the east, Xuchang and Zhoukou in the south, and Xinxiang across the Yellow River in the north.

Kaifeng is the only capital in the world where the central axis of the city has never changed, and the ruins of Chengdui City are rare in the world archaeological history and capital history. The capital of the Song Dynasty was the largest city in the world at that time.

3. Jinan

Jinan, also known as "Spring City", is the capital of Shandong Province, one of the 15 sub-provincial cities in China, the central city in the southern wing of the Bohai Rim region, and the political, cultural, educational, transportation and scientific and technological center of Shandong Province.

The army headquarters in the northern theater of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the core city of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and Jinan metropolitan area, and the new first-tier city.

Jinan is known as the "Spring City" in China because of its numerous springs, and is known as "Lotus on four sides and willow on three sides, a city with mountains and a half city with lakes".

The eight scenic spots in Jinan are world-famous. It is a tourist city with unique characteristics of "mountains, springs, lakes, rivers and cities". It is a national historical and cultural city, the first batch of excellent tourist cities in China, and one of the birthplaces of prehistoric culture-Longshan culture.

4. Anyang

Anyang, formerly known as Xiang, Yin, Ye, Yecheng, Yedu, Ye Jun, Xiangzhou and Zhangde, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Henan Province, located in the northernmost part of Henan Province, at the junction of Henan, Shanxi and Hebei provinces.

Puyang in the east, Changzhi in the west, Hebi and Xinxiang in the south and Handan in the north. Anyang is a national historical and cultural city, one of the seven ancient capitals of China, and a regional central city in the border areas of the seven dynasties, Henan, Shaanxi and Hebei provinces.

5. Lijiang

Lijiang, a prefecture-level city in Yunnan Province, is located in the northwest of Yunnan Province, at the junction of Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet provinces, and is an important passage of the ancient "Southern Silk Road" and "Ancient Tea-Horse Road".

The urban area is located at east longitude 100 25' and north latitude 26 86', with a total area of 20,600 square kilometers. It borders Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the north, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in the south, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in the west, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan and Panzhihua City in the east, 527 kilometers away from Kunming.
