Director Guo Yucun first analyzed the current situation of collective teaching for us. A successful teaching activity does not depend on whether the children have answered the answers you think, nor on whether the atmosphere in your classroom is active, but on whether the children's interests still exist, whether they respect their nature, their thoughts and behaviors. Why teach? Is it for the standard answer in your heart? No, Director Guo Yucun emphasized that kindergartens must attach importance to children's core literacy, and teachers must let go of high-ranking control and let children return to their nature. Don't teach for the sake of teaching, integrate for the sake of integration, teach for the sake of field, and aim at every goal mechanically.
Second, the effective implementation of teaching activities
The syllabus once required teachers to be guides, collaborators and supporters of kindergarten learning. It can be seen that the teacher's guidance is very important and has a substantive position. Teachers should be supporters and encouragers. So how do we implement collective teaching activities? That's what I doubt. First of all, we should choose materials, such as whether it is good to have brothers and sisters in small classes. It can guide children to find the benefits of having younger brothers and sisters, let their little hands and feet compare with their younger brothers and sisters, draw a picture, feel the happiness brought by their sisters, and learn to take care of them. This can be used as a generating activity. Only by digging deep into the teaching materials, being thorough, accurate and complete, and grasping the most meaningful and operable key points for children's development, teachers' teaching will be more meaningful. Secondly, we should accurately grasp the goal, and focus on the big picture-grasp the most meaningful points for children's development, grasp the small points-and grasp the specific and operable points suitable for children. Director Guo told us that the goals should be specific, appropriate and consistent, and the development goals should be written from the perspective of children. The big goals of education should be kept in mind and the small goals should be adjusted at any time. Don't do activities that are "superficial but ineffective", but always focus on the goals of the whole class.
Third, the effectiveness of collective teaching
In the teaching process, Guo Yuanchang asked us to think about the effectiveness of collective teaching from five aspects: cleverly setting situations to stimulate interest, skillfully connecting seamlessly, taking the initiative to apply what we have learned, skillfully using technology to interact effectively, and effectively responding with teachers' wisdom. Among them, it is necessary to set up situations skillfully to stimulate interest, and teachers should design situations according to their needs to realize entertaining and effective learning. For example, in the lesson "Fun Bubbles", when children see bubbles, they all go back to catch them and touch them. In order to stimulate children's interest, teachers set up a situation to let children learn to avoid bubbles and make activities colorful. In addition, information technology can also be applied to our teaching activities, which can improve the quality of teaching classes and attract children's interest. A high-quality activity is to let children walk into the classroom with questions and walk out of the classroom with questions. Encourage children to learn to ask questions and find problems, which is also an interesting process to guide children to ask questions, think, find and solve.
