I. Registration

China citizens who have not reached the national statutory retirement age, meet the qualifications stipulated in the Teachers Law, meet the requirements for applying for teacher qualifications, and have Nanjing household registration.

The application conditions for teacher qualification include citizenship, ideological and moral conditions, academic qualifications and teaching ability.

The valid qualifications for applying for teacher qualification are the national education series qualifications recognized by the education administrative department of the State Council. Specific academic qualifications are:

To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you must have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above, and other secondary specialized schools and secondary vocational schools do not meet the application conditions;

To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, you must have graduated from a secondary normal school or above, and other secondary specialized schools and secondary vocational schools do not meet the application conditions;

(three) to apply for the qualification of junior high school teachers, they should have a higher normal college or other college education;

(four) to apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, they shall have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities;

(five) to apply for the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, one should have graduated from a secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional and technical position of assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate and above workers.

3. Place of registration

(1) Persons with household registration in Jiangning District, Pukou District, Liuhe District, Lishui County and Gaochun County who apply for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualifications shall register at the designated place of the district (county) education bureau where their household registration is located.

4. Registration requirements

At the time of registration, the applicant must hold his/her ID card, diploma (if he/she graduated from undergraduate or junior college, he/she must also provide the diploma of the former junior college or secondary normal school), the original and photocopy of the household registration materials, truthfully and carefully fill out the Registration Form for Social Accreditation of Teachers in Nanjing in 2006 (with 1 a recent 2-inch bareheaded photo of himself), and receive the material bag for applying for teacher qualification certificate (please remember the number of the material bag I received and the applicant's physical examination time)

In 2006, graduates majoring in normal education in ordinary colleges and universities registered at the registration places designated by the Education Bureau of baixia district, Xuanwu District, Gulou District or the Municipal Education Bureau according to their qualification types. In 2006, graduates majoring in non-normal education in ordinary colleges and universities must register at the above-mentioned places on the basis of academic certificates issued by the school according to the types of teachers' qualifications they apply for.

In 2006, all kinds of adult higher education graduates must register to apply for teacher qualification after obtaining graduation certificates.

Candidates who participate in the make-up exam of the unified examination of secondary specialized schools (pedagogy) organized by the Provincial Department of Education shall register with the graduation certificate of secondary specialized schools and the unified examination certificate issued by the Provincial Department of Education.

Those who have obtained the qualification certificate for the make-up examination of pedagogy and psychology organized by the Provincial Department of Education shall register with the qualification certificate and a copy.

The same applicant can only apply for one type of teacher qualification each year. The qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools are compatible with each other, and there is no need to apply again. One of the applied disciplines should be selected and filled in the published catalogue.

Second, make-up exams in pedagogy and psychology

Candidates who have graduated from non-normal education majors, as well as those who have graduated from normal education majors but do not meet the qualification requirements, should make up the courses of pedagogy and psychology and participate in the unified examination organized by the Provincial Department of Education. The examination time is in the form of closed book, and the examination time is Saturday in the second week of March 2006 (the specific date is subject to the admission ticket). Those who pass the make-up exam will be awarded the Jiangsu Educational Psychology Teacher Qualification Certificate by the Provincial Department of Education, valid for 3 years. The qualification certificate for the make-up examination of pedagogy and psychology is planned to be issued at 388 Zhongshan South Road at the end of March.

Jiangning, Liuhe, Pukou and Lishui four districts (counties) Putonghua Training and Counseling Stations are responsible for receiving the registration of Putonghua training and testing for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers in this district (county).
