The name of this kindergarten has spread. The idea of Great Harmony written by Kang Youwei in the Reform Movement appeared in the first kindergarten in China. Later, the Qing government promulgated "the first systematic education of the bourgeoisie in China". The education system provides education for Mongolian children aged 2 to 6 in nursing homes.

It first appeared in the Inner Mongolia Nursing Home of Wuchang Model Primary School (1903). In addition to the government, there are also foreign missionaries and founders of private kindergartens in China. By 19 10, there are more than1520,000 kindergarten students in China.
